My fireplace has been unreliable for years and tried multiple companies. Fireplace Experts were quick to return my call and book an appointment. Chaim was able to repair my fireplace on one visit and didn't require additional parts (the other company was trying to get me to purchase new parts). The fireplace is working great and looks good too. He was very polite, clean and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.

I had two gas fireplaces that were not in service. Chaim charged a great deal ($1,000) to fix the first and said it may take all day though it took just over an hour. He promised to come back and repair the next and charge only for parts. He seems to have disappeared and doesn't respond to texts or calls. I cannot recommend him unless he completes what he promised to do.

Called 4 different companies over 6 weeks to no avail; and finally Fireplace Experts called back in less that two hours. Stated it was an old unit (never serviced) and there were no promises. The Tech took it on as a challenge and a little more than a hour later the unit was functional. A few weeks later, the fireplace is still running like a champ. Job, well done!

Amazing experience! Our gas fireplace had never been serviced since installation and the remote had always been flakey. Our technician assessed the problem, had it replaced, cleaned, and up and running within an hour. Plus a tutorial for best practices. Even my cat loved him. Friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, and extremely competent! What more could you ask for? Would recommend 100%.

This company was very quick to respond to our request and they were reliable and timely. They came to inspect our gas fireplace which we had not ever used and gave us advice on how to get rid of the smell it was producing. They were reasonably priced and knowledgeable as well.

Our two gas fireplaces were recently given a clean, repair, maintenance and safety check by Chaim from Fireplace Experts. The service was excellent. Chaim was friendly, punctual, careful and shared his knowledge and expertise with me on how to care for our fireplaces. The fireplaces have never looked so good! I will use this company again and would recommend them.

Excellent service from Chaim. He came same day, totally tuned and cleaned my fireplace that hadn't worked in 4 years and made it run like new. He was quick, very friendly and very efficient. I will use him again and would highly recommend him and his work.

Showed up on time. Worked quickly and efficiently, no mess. Determined that the wall switch was defective and was replaced. He also took the time to clean the glass & other parts which had not been services in almost 10 years. Very satisfied.

Wow, Chaim is unbelievable. Honest, transparent and extremely personable. Would trust him to work alone,. He walked me through the entire process provided tips. Suggested other alternatives all with a super positive attitude. If Chaim, is the standard for this company they certainly have a very high bar. I would recommend him to anyone looking to be treated fairly and with respect. Will certainly use them next year for my yearly service call and any repairs I may need. Oh he called to confirm time and showed up early. Who does that? No one that's who. Great guy!
