Chaim has been exceptionally helpful and informative during the process of determining the best solution for our condo's complicated and difficult fireplace needs. Fireplace Experts are exactly as their name suggests and their expertise, honestly and professionalism have been invaluable.

Chaim is a fireplace pro! I have two gas fireplaces; one an older model. While both units functioned, they hadn't been serviced in years and I was concerned about the safety of the older fireplace. Chaim arrived promptly and it was obvious that he understood the workings of both units. He serviced the new model and was able to refurbish the old one so that it was safe and up to code (it was rarely used so I didn't really want to invest in a replacement). Both fireplaces work beautifully now, and I am comfortable that neither is a safety concern. Will use Fireplace Experts for yearly maintenance from now on.

My fireplace is 10 years old and it stopped working. Now it works beautifully and the flames look so real. He cleaned it inside and out. He was prompt, professional and left no mess at all. I am very happy. I will use him for regular maintenance from now on.

My fireplace recently stopped working. I called Fireplace Experts. Chaim made time in a busy schedule to come soon as I told him that there was an urgency to the job. He came within a few hours and did a very professional diagnostic till he ascertained what the problem was. He gave quite a bit of useful information and explained quite a bit to me. All in all, a very professional job.

I had a natural gas fireplace that another company claimed could only be fixed by breaking a wall and getting to the gas line feed. For 4 years we could not use the fireplace. Then we called Chaim at Fireplace Experts. Chaim diagnosed the problem and fixed it readily and then put new components in our fireplace. It works like a charm. Service was reliable, on time and on estimate. We are delighted by his work and the outcome -- a fireplace that we use now every day!

Chaim knows everything there is to know about fireplaces. He gave us very helpful advice about our 20 yr. old fireplace and about what to do next when we replace it next year. Personable and professional, also very tidy when working, which is always appreciated.

I highly recommend Chaim from Fireplace Experts: 1) Excellent knowledge, 2) Direct and very transparent (explained in detail what was required and importantly why), 3) Extremely courteous and goes above and beyond for customer service. We moved into a home with two gas fireplaces. One would not turn on properly. Chaim made himself available, and quickly diagnosed the issues. Chaim replaced all major components for both fireplaces, installed remotes and painted the interior of the fireplaces to prevent rust (and even the exterior of one). He protected our hardwood floors as he worked, and left the work site spotless. Chaim made recommendations on future maintenance, safety and how to avoid expensive repairs. The result was excellent. Even after the service was complete, Chaim took time out of his Sunday evening when he was in our area (at his suggestion) to attend at our residence to reset the fireplaces (and to make sure they were working perfectly) after a contractor switched off one of the fireplaces. This exceeded our expectations. He quickly serviced the fireplaces while our guests were in attendance, which demonstrated his confidence and know-how to everyone that evening. We will certainly have Chaim service our fireplaces going forward.

My husband and I were delighted with the service. Chaim was friendly and efficient, and the cost was very reasonable. He also took the time to give us tips on usage. Fireplace Experts are now in my calendar for an annual maintenance every November!

Chaim has done work on our fireplace twice, once for routine maintenance and once to repair elements that had burned out. He was always quick to respond to my calls and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He always made sure I understood what the problems were and how he planned to fix them. I will have Chaim back for yearly maintenance and would highly recommend him.
