    Back water valve install

    Valentin and the team did a great job. Valentin took care of getting the permit from the city, which was so helpful. The team was really respectful of our home, Latin down sheets and outing up tarps to avoid dust and mess. They worked efficiently and tidied up when they were done. All in all a great experience!

    Installing faucets

    Valentin quickly installed a new faucet system and explained how to adapt some extra pieces for our other bathrooms (free advice!). He then showed us how to unblock our laundry tub safely (again for free). In the past he has efficiently recommended and installed a toilet for us. His work and manner are always professional and we always get our money's worth.

    Excellent work

    Val and his crew are excellent. We woke up to find all our drains in the basement filled to the brims. We didn't know why and we were very worried about flooding in the basement. Val called me right back and was there to assess the problem within hours. The next day his crew arrived early and got to work outside replacing the pipe that was clogged. They had to dig down 10 feet in my (lovely) garden and I was so worried my plants and small trees would die. But Val's crew was especially careful and all plants were returned happily to their original homes. Two days later Val's crew returned to put in a back valve (so this won't ever happen again). Again his staff was efficient and did excellent work. Val went through with me what I needed to submit to get a rebate for some of the work (related to the back valve). His crew cleaned everything up. Very impressed and highly recommend!

    Bathroom Tap Replacement

    Valentin has done some work for us in the past and we were pleased with his services, so when our bathroom tap started leaking we asked him to replace it. He was quick to reply as always and came as soon as we received our new tap. New tap looks great and no leaks!

    Repair of main drain, removel of lead pipes, and instalation of a sump pump

    An excellent crew of plumbing wizards. Val is careful to explain what needs to be done and to do all he can to keep the charges low. He tells you how to save $. Denis and Igor are fast, clean and highly competent.

    Leaky valve

    Valentin is reliable, efficient and very reasonable. A relatively small job but the leaky valve was in an awkward spot. Velentin was able to quickly replace the section with a lever that was easier to reach. Very happy and would recommend his services.

    Replace lead water service pipe

    We selected Strong Plumbing based on great Homestars reviews and prompt, helpful communication from Valentin when we requested a quote. He and his team were prompt, friendly, and efficient. We'll definitely call him for any future plumbing work.

    Back water valve and clean out

    Valentin and his crew were great. Really knowledgable and honest. He only sold me on the things that I actually needed. They cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly but were thorough. I would definitely recommended Strong Plumbing

    Bathroom Repair

    Valentin came to our home to repair an issue with luke warm water in our shower. He had identified a couple of issues, one being the cartridge and other being the mixing valve. He did the work professionally, very easy to deal with and most of all, he is an extremely pleasant person to deal with. The reason why I'm giving 4 stars is that there was a problem thereafter and had to call another contractor to rectify the issue separately. He acknowledged it and right away, issue a refund immediately. I would recommend Valentin to anyone and will not hesitate to use him again.

    replace clay sewage line with PVC line

    My sewage line failed due to tree roots. Valentin came in the second morning after efficient e-mail communication. He designed a way to minimize the damage to my wooden floor by abandoning the old line and laying out a new line to Wye connection to the main sewage line. Work was well done and left the sites clean.
