    Bathroom Shower Repair

    Valentin promptly answered by message on Sunday and arrived first thing Monday morning, armed with the shower head and hardware I had requested. The shower was not just leaking, but running very badly. Valentin was a true expert. He was prompt, clean, polite and obvious a true expert in his field as he found the problem, replaced the old fixture and advised us of what would be required in the future as is it a very old bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the service and price paid. We will be using Valentin again and recommending them to all our friends and family.

    Plumbing services.

    Strong Plumbing was punctual, helpful and efficient. Appreciated that everything was explained in a way I could understand and use for future issues. Would not hesitate to call Valentin again. Thank you!

    Quick, quality service

    Valentin was very professional and did quality plumbing work for us. He fixed a leaking pipe, replaced a basement toilet and changed the water pipes and shutoffs in our laundry room. He was prompt in his communications, showed up when expected and pro-actively and independently solved unforeseen problems for us. I was satisfied with the price. Highly recommended: I would certainly hire Strong Plumbing again.

    Sewer Backwater Value installation

    Valentin really helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Another plumber tried to rip me off for $12,000 of extra (unnecessary) work and was holding up the rest of my renovation work. Valentin was honest and did great work in a short time frame to keep my renovation project on track. I highly recommend his company.

    Excellent, knowledgable service for four jobs.

    I was very pleased with the service provided by Valentin and his crew in installing a new backflow valve and three faucets. Val explained the issues with respect to the valve very clearly (for example, why it would be difficult to install it inside the house) and his crew did an excellent job excavating and restoring the site (which involved removing and replacing a mature 5 foot tall fir tree). The three taps were more routine but Val offered some addtional advice and service at no extra cost. For example, I mentioned we were about to have a dishwasher installed and he pointed out that we didn't have the right sort of connection. So he installed the correct valve free of charge! He also adjusted two of our toilets that run constantly, again at no charge. I have used a number of other plumbers in my 30 yeasr of home ownership and Strong Plumbing is far and away the best.

    Bathroom & Kitchen Faucet Replacement & Toilet Repairs

    I would highly recommend Valentin because of his honesty and integrity and of course the excellent quality of his work and service. He explains problems as well as repair and replacement options, including cost-saving measures, clearly; cleans up thoroughly; and is really respectful and courteous. Three of my toilets required extensive repairs and now they are functioning like new. Leaky bathroom and kitchen faucets had to be replaced and new water shutoff valves installed. At my request, Valentin also supplied the new faucets. A couple of taps with minor problems were fixed free of charge. Based on my experience with work done by different plumbers over the years, I find Valentin to be truly exceptional in every regard.

    Main shutoff valve replacement

    Since main shutoff valve was not easily accessible, Valentin had to cut off the dry wall to have a bigger opening & move the sink's drain pipe. Job was done professionally and as quoted. He respects the cleanliness of your house & wears the disposable socks over his shoes. Which we really appreciated. He cleaned up the mess after the job is done. Would highly recommend to family & friends. Job done right!

    Fixed broken hose pipe

    The pipe to our backyard hose had broken, and we needed a repair. Val was excellent - he came at a reasonable time, was professional, thorough, helpful, clean and respectful. This is the exact kind of person you want to come and help when you need it.

    Replace water service main

    Just had a great experience with Valentin and his crew with replacing our lead water service main. They were respectful of our garden and house, and took efforts to minimise the disruption and mess in our basement. They also replaced a portion of a clay basement drain pipe with a PVC pipe, did a camera inspection of the drain as we have had some issues with roots, and provided a clear explanation and quote in the event we want to proceed with removing the clay pipe and install a backwater valve. We greatly appreciate his honesty and no-pressure approach.

    Toilet installation

    My old toilet was a disaster and was causing me a major headache! I have no plumbing experience or connections. The great reviews on homestars.com inspired me to contact Valentin. He replaced my toiled within one hour! All I did was sit in front of the computer while he took care of everything. His prompt service and clean, strong work was a great relief! Did not exceed his initial quote and guarantees his workmanship for a year. Contact Valentin and relax! Taro
