    Kitchen and bathroom repairs to plumbing

    Very polite, thorough and knowledgeable. Made sure the problem was fixed and charged only what was estimated. I highly recommend Valentin and Strong Plumbing.

    Exterior Faucet Repair/Replacement

    Valentin was incredibly responsive and professional. Among the most pleasant and knowledgeable individuals I've ever come across. He explained things to me in a way that was clear and easy for me to understand. (I know nothing about plumbing). He was prompt for the appointment, very respectful of our home and was extremely courteous. His work ethic, rates and quality of work are impressive. Truly someone I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumbing specialist. A+

    New Kitchen Faucet & installation and purchase of the faucet itself.

    Val the most professional and pleasant tradesmen I have ever had the good fortune to work with. He was extremely prompt in returning calls, turned up on time, did amazing work all while having a fantastic attitude. Do yourself a favour and hire him. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Our "Go To" Plumber

    We've called Valentin on several occasions, and he always gives us a thorough and accurate assessment of the problem. Most importantly, his work is fast, neat and reliable -- we never have to call back with further problems. When friends ask us to recommend a good plumber, we point them at Valentin.

    Kitchen sink work

    Professional, fast and reliable service. I have replaced countertop, sink and faucet in the kitchen and old ones had to be disconnected and reconnected after install. Valentin responded to all my requests immediately, providing estimates, arriving on time, prepared and professional. I am very satisfied with quality of work and will definitely call him again in future. Great service!

    Multiple kitchen, bathroom, and plumbing repairs.

    I've worked with Strong Plumbing for many years for multiple projects and I can say with utmost confidence that Valentin is exceptional. He is smart, detail oriented, reliable, respectful and fair. His work is always the finest quality and completed in a timely way. That's all anyone can ask of a company!

    water pressure in whole house

    Valentin treated my vague sense that our water pressure was suddenly significantly less with prompt, polite attention, even though I was a first time customer. My previous plumber of many years had been dismissive and unhelpful. I am so grateful to him, and though I do not look forward to future plumbing problems, I do look forward to calling on Strong Plumbing when that happens.

    Toilet repair, faucet removal

    We needed a minor repair on our toilet and I wanted a faucet removed from a sink we never use. Valentin was very professional and and diagnosed our issue right away. He was able to fix our toilet on the spot and even wrapped the faucet in a towel letting me know that it was an expensive faucet and that I should save it in case I ever wanted to reinstall it. (We just moved into the home) Valentine capped the faucet hole and even brushed the metal so it would match the rest of the area metals. I will call Strong Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

    Repaired tub faucet and leaking exterior tap.

    Fixed everything and showed me how to maintain it. Responded quickly to texts and kept me informed when he was a few minutes late. Great price too!

    Unclog a backed up main drain and replace the clogged portion with a new one.

    The first appointment was on Friday. Valentin examined the shower drain in the basement, tried to unclog it and realized that it was totally blocked. He proceeded to explain what needed to be done patiently, answered all my concerns and gave me a quote for the follow up work. His crew arrived promptly early this morning (Monday), Denys explained the set up and procedures and also took great care to not mess up my house. They took care of two main blockages and replaced the drain pipe. The quote Valentin gave was very reasonable and it was a job well done. I am happy with the result and will not hesitate to contact Strong Plumbing for future concerns. Just contacted my Aunt to recommend their services. Anita
