    toilet repair

    This review is long overdue! Called Valentin last week of Dec 2016 to come by in the new year to check one of our toilets (which he installed years ago very well). It sounded like it was leaking. Val came by on New Year's Eve at 7:30am (for a non emergency)! Excellent service as usual -- it was a happy new year!

    Basement sewage backup

    100% satisfaction with Strong Plumber services. Valentin responded promptly to my call. He showed up punctuately at our appointment time the next morning. he explained in detail about the options and prices before performing the work. After examined the problem, Valentin gave us some suggestions which minimized the cost. both my husband and I were amazed by Valentin's professionism and honesty. THANK YOU!

    Shower faucet repair

    Excellent service!! Valentin, the owner, is a super friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. Estimate was right on, turned up on time, job was carried out promptly with excellent advice following the repair on what to look out for in future. Great attention paid to keeping our home from dirt was a nice touch. Highly recommended, and will definately be my first choice for other plumbing issues in my and families homes!

    remove garburator and replace with pipes

    Valentin has been very prompt in responding to the service call and has done a remarkable job of removing the garburator and replacing with pipes. He also made very good recommendations on other relevant plumbing issues/concerns. He did a very professional and through job.

    Kitchen Plumbing repair

    Leak under kitchen sink and faucet changed was changed Valentin is very efficient and courteous

    Sewage backup

    Vincent and his team did a great job for a great price. His team worked fast and were very professional. They also beat a competing quote by $600

    Laundry room sink faucet replacement with installing new stopper.

    Quick response with quote. He knew what exactly need to be done. Prompt arrival time. Clean job. This is replacing faulty faucet and installing new stopper for the laundry room sink.

    Change of kitchen faucet

    Valentin has responded very early in the morning to my emergency request. He showed expertise & professionalism and he did a very good job. Thank you

    Clogged Sink

    Valentin fixed our issue in a very professional manner. Polite and very nice to talk to. He also performed another job which he was not called for (I asked him on the spot to this additional work) at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

    Valentin and crew are exceptional - clogged main pipe,

    Called Valentin based on reviews from homestars - we had a couple of quotes with options to fix our issue in the shorter and longer term but by far Valentin provided the most honest and detailed option for us and his price was also better. His customer service is amazing - explanation on the phone (in the evening), he showed up as he said he would and even txted me to let me know he would be a few minutes late, he explained the options in more detail and sketched it out for us, he provided his quote which was exactly what he outlined over the phone, he said he can do the job the next morning at 8 AM but needed to know in an hour - needless to say we didn't need any more time to think or get additional quotes and booked him for the job. Crew showed up the next morning - Dennis was friendly, Valentin stopped by and checked in and outlined the steps again, Dennis showed me the completed job and also walked me through the camera view and outlined how things looked and that they were done and just needed to fill the hole. Overall the job took about 4.5 hrs - nothing but good things to say - exceptional - highly recommend!! Mike from toronto
