We were having issues with our Kohler pedestal sink. Every time we would turn the faucet on, beyond a certain point, the water pressure would decrease significantly. I called Strong Plumbing and spoke to Valentin. He responded to my messages promptly and even offered me solutions over the phone, in the event there was something minor that didn't require his services. I knew I was dealing with someone honest from that point on. Valentin showed up on time and resolved the problem right away. He explained what was causing the pressure problem and replaced the parts that were defective. Valentin kept the area clean and tidy and was respectful of our home throughout his visit. Before he left, he even took the time to explain other preventative measures I should know of to ensure my sink and toilets worked optimally. I am happy to have found someone who is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I will certainly call Strong Plumbing in the future and recommend them to my friends and family members.

My bathtub was draining slowly and my brother tried to fix it himself one evening. Terrible idea because he punctured the drainpipe and the bathtub started draining into the ceiling below. Val came the very next morning and not only fixed the broken pipe but also the incredibly difficult to fix, 30+ year old drain and overflow itself. Val is incredibly wonderful to work with - he explains everything in simple terms and is also very kind (he reassured my guilty brother that anyone could have punctured that pipe). As well, Val leaves everything cleaner than he found it. You'd never know he was there except that everything works when it didn't before.

Valentin is the best in business! Very professional and knowledgeable. It was a smooth and pleasent experience. He replaced faucets in my bathroom and kitchen as well as installed a new toilet. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing project. Thank you very much for all your help Valentin!

Kitchen pipe and shut off needed replacing. My words to describe Valentin: efficient, professional, honest, personable and knowledgeable and fair priced. Definitely a keeper. Try once and you won't change!

The work was done very well and very quickly. Technician was friendly and extremely attentive to return calls, and kept me posted on the time he would arrive at my home instead of giving me a 5 hour window.

Valentin got back to me so quickly after I left him a message. He knew exactly what I needed done and was able to come by that day to fix my leaky shower. He gave me a quote before he even arrived and also gave me a worse case scenario. I would highly recommend Valentin. He did a great job.

Valentin replaced the leaky drain assembly in my bathroom vanity. He explained the problem, identified the solution and the price before starting any work. He is pleasant and professional and I would hire him again.

Val had done some minor work for us in the summer of 2016, quick to respond and got the repairs done well. We recently asked him to install a backwater valve as well as locate and repair the cause of a faulty toilet that had been installed when we did a home reno 17 years ago. Val looked after the city permit application within a week of our inquiry, and had both jobs done quickly - and perfectly - a short time thereafter. He also helped us with the backwater valve rebate. Most impressive was his ability to discover the cause of the constant toilet flooding, which several other plumbers failed to determine. Best plumber I've contracted in 30 years of home ownership!!

Punctual, friendly, came almost as soon as we called, diagnosed the problem (source of leak) literally within seconds and had it fixed within an hour. One of the best service experiences we've ever had. Highly recommend.
