I've been working with Strong Plbongg for more than 10 years now and I always call them for anything related to plumbing. They are fair and reliable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will not use anyone else and they are absolutely the best you can get from speed to problem solving to effectiveness and definitely service.

Valentin is amazing. Punctual. Polite. Professional. Knowledgeable. So careful. And tenacious when pipes are jammed and stuck. And patient. Immediately, on our first conversation, he asked all kinds of questions, and diagnosed the problem immediately. We set a appointment, he arrived on time, and did the repairs perfectly. Fixed Thermostatic Valve in the shower, installed 2 shut off valves, installed new kitchen faucet, 2 supply lines, ... just great.

An absolutely great experience. Troubleshooting our basic plumbing issues in our office loft was efficient, neatly done and with respectful communication. The best kind of repair is one where you can barely tell it's being done! Great job!

We moved into a house last week and discovered that the kitchen drain reeked and needed a new faucet, the ensuite shower drain was totally clogged and the powder room drain was very slow. Valentin came to the rescue! Valentin fixed everything, was very trustworthy, and very, very clean. He even explained to us how to check our powder room sink ourselves. As well, he diagnosed why our hot water just wasn't hot enough with the temperature almost at the highest level on the water tank. We will recommend him to all friends and family.

We had a leaky toilet and also thought we had a leaky drainage pipe under our old shower that was increasing our water bill. Valentin diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the issue, and fixed it in 30min. We felt confident in his knowledge and happy with his service. Val installed a mixer valve and replaced a kitchen faucet. I'm very happy with the work and will call on him again in the future. He came within 24 hours (despite it being a non-emergency), did a great job, and was a pleasure to deal with (nice, fair, sensitive to cost).
