Valentin quickly identified the problem, and replaced just what needed to be done to fix it. Kept the original sink and replaced the drain pipes and strainer baskets underneath. He had everything he needed in his truck, so the work was done fast. Highly recommend!

We have had Valentin do a few jobs for us .... from sump pump installation, pipe repair and toilet repairs, to today's toilet and faucet fix. He is very responsive, reliable and we are very satisfied with the quality of work.

Valentin and Strong Plumbing were excellent. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. When I discovered that there was a leak in the watermain to my house, I did a search on HomeStars and found Strong Plumbing. I called and Valentin was at my home in about an hour. I thought they would have to dig up my driveway and cut through the garage floor to get at the old pipe to remove it and replace it with new pipe. However, Valentin told me that they use trenchless technology which basically threads the new pipe through the existing trench, without having to dig a trench. All they need to dig is a hole at connection point to the City to allow them to connect the new pipe to the City's watermain and another hole at the house to connect the new pipe to the house. Val gave me a quote and I decided to proceed with the work. Because I didn't have water to my house (the City had shut it off to prevent flooding), Valentin was kind enough to juggle his crew around so that they could start my job the next day. They had all the work done in a day and I had water again by 5:00pm. Throughout the process, Valentin kept me informed and advised me of any possible hiccups that they might encounter, so that I wouldn't have any surprises. All the while, he assured me that the price wouldn't change even if they encountered any of the described hiccups. True to his word, when they had to dig an extra hole because of the great distance between my house and the City's pipe, the invoice was exactly the same as the quoted amount. Strong Plumbing's crew was very pleasant. They smiled and were very accommodating when I asked them to check the connection at the city's pipe before going ahead with the work, just to make sure that the problem wasn't there. The soil at the connection to the City's pipe was completely dry, which confirmed that the leak was not at the connection, but on the water pipe itself. I was reassured that I wasn't replacing the pipe unnecessarily and Strong proceeded with replacing my plastic pipe with a copper pipe. I'm very happy with the service, professionalism, technical knowledge, and kindness of Val and his crew. They also left everything in pristine condition and did a very nice job patching the concrete in my laundry room where the connection to house is. To top it all off, they provide a 25 year warranty on their work.

Valentin was prompt in responding to my request for service after another company messed up, and offered a 3 month warranty as well!

Very professionally, did a fantastic job. Was right on time and quoted me a great price. Would definitely use him again, and would refer to everyone I know! I had a main shut off valve replaced and an outdoor tap replaced.

Valentin was exceptional. I called him for a kitchen sink issue. Very responsive and we corresponded through text and email. Came the next day and show up 15 minutes before. Very personable and professional. Will tell you what you need to fix and not more. In the end he replaced the kitchen sink drain and everthing worked perfectly. Highly recommend. This is not the first time i used Valentin, he is my main source for any pumbing issues from now on.

Major drain excavation (basement) to replace bottom of cast iron soil stack (install clean out, install trap for washer), install new PVC pipes, new wye for bathroom fixtures, new toilet drain and new floor drain. Plus, snaked main drain to city portion. My experience with Valentin and Strong Plumbing was excellent. Val came recommended from a neighbour who had similar drain issues, ie major issues with roots clogging the main drain. (Neighbour replaced their main drain from stack to city connection.) I hired Val the first time to snake the main drain, thinking I'd get another year of service before considering upgrading the entire marion. He spent three hours assessing the situation and snaking the main (he pulled out a shopping bag worth of roots), walking me through the issues via camera in main, all my options, and providing a detailed quote for major work (broken down into 3 options). I liked that he listened to my needs, and built a quote that allowed me to prioritize the scope of work based on my budget, timeline, and potential future major renovations. He also gave me his honest "if this was my house" opinion. Well, what do you know? Three days later I put in a call to Val that I have a partial blockage and want to move forward with the first priority fix. This was December 30. Val immediately moved a few things around and got a crew in on January 3. Thankfully there were no surprises (my house is 100 years old) and the work was completed on time, on budget, and is of high quality. The crew did a great job of containing dust and dirt, and walked me through the details of the job on completion. Everything is now flowing smoothly. I highly recommend Val and Strong Plumbing.

I used Valentin's service before so i called him when i had a sewer backup into the basement. I called after work hours and Valentin was at my house at 7 AM the next morning with his camera which pushed through the blockage. He also ran through a "snake" to remove roots found in the drain.

We became concerned with a smell that came into our house, we think from the basement. We contacted Valentin of Strong Plumbing, and within 30 minutes, we had arranged a meeting for the next morning. Valentin came out to our home, conducted a video feed of our main outtake pipe and helped us investigate the issue. We appreciated his speed and the knowledge he provided!
