Ours is a lesson in "stick to your knitting" ... we tried unsuccessfully to repair our shower when the handle broke off, valve sheared and stuck in the handle. We tried and tried to get the cartridge out of the pipe ... no luck. With no water to our bathrooms, we called Valentin of Strong Plumbing. He answered quickly (despite being a holiday), asked for pictures and gave us a quote - and more importantly the solution to our problems. He showed up when he said he would and quickly solved every one of the problems we could not. And he saved us hundreds in replacement fixtures by fixing the one we had! He's a very nice person and extremely professional. Highly recommended.

Had a basement toilet backing up in December 2015, and had a few contractors check it. Valentin provided the best rate and we got such a good vibe from him....he seemed very honest. So we used his service, and his team came and replaced the U-trap very quickly, so my tenant could get back in the unit. We ended up using him again a year later at another property.

We discovered a leak behind the wall of our bathtub. Val assessed the situation and came up with a plan to minimize damage to my walls while completing the repair. I cannot say enough about Val of Strong Plumbing Co. and would encourage anyone with a plumbing need to contact him.

Adept services was very professional! 4 main projects were done. Basement renovation, repair and relaying of patio stones and interlocking, ceiling drywall repair and refinishing in living area, and finishing of laundry area including tile and laundry sink installation. Employees were very professional, trustworthy, considerate of our time, and all together friendly. Any problems or issues were handled professionally and on time. Went above and beyond in selection of all cosmetic features including tile, paint, fixtures, etc. Excellent communication and always kept us up to date on all projects. Always be seriously considered for future projects.

We've been using Strong Plumbing Co services for the period over two years now for plumbing projects such as installing sump pump with backup battery, identifying and cleaning clogged pipes, fixing leaking pipe under sink and etc. They are very organized: reply to our text message or voicemails quickly, update on their arrival via text message , provide clear explanation for the works needs to be done and do a good job. We could not have been happier with their services.

Very quick response by Valentin when we contacted him regarding a toilet that needed repIr. We use Valentin on various plumbing jobs and we always get prompt courteous and quality service.

Valentin replaced a vent in the dishwasher which was causing a smell. He noticed a leaking laundry hose that was causing wastage if hot and cold water and replaced the connections. Great work. Very tidy and quick. Excellent response time from initial phone call. Highly recommend.

Valentin and his crew were great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, quick and professional. He took the extra time to ensure I knew what the problem was and the options for a solution. We had roots growing in our sewer pipes, and needed to have them dug up and replaced to PVC. I would recommend his services to anyone who needed this type of work completed.
