Valentin is incredibly responsive, hard working, skilled and honest. I wrote to him yesterday evening to schedule an appointment to replace our toilet and kitchen faucet and and he booked me in for first thing this morning. This is the second time he provided excellent plumbing services for us. I highly recommend Valentin.

We have worked with Valentin numerous times and have always been pleased with the high quality of work, promptness, and prices for the services provided. Recently, when our shower control broke, Valentin responded to my email, providing a quote and a variety of options. The repair work was done on time, and according to the price quoted. I recommend Strong Plumbing highly!

We found Valentin from Strong Plumbing on Homestars last year and boy what a find! He was responsive, honest and reasonable. We didn't think twice before calling him again today when we had an issue with two sinks in our old house. Again, he arrived exactly when he said he would, knew what was wrong immediately and fixed it right away. He also told us what to do to prevent future problems. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I am very happy with service & workmanship Valentin provided. Valentin was on time & provided upfront with fee for the repair. Next day they arrived on time & worked hard to do the repair. The job site was left clean. They went the extra mile in making sure that everything was working properly & even fixed a part of the pipe that was damaged. Valentin & his crew did an excellent job & also gave advice on other potential problems found as part of total maintenance. I will definitely call them for future plumbing jobs.

Valentin has helped us out with our plumbing needs for that past several years. He is always prompt, professional and fair.

We are having new windows installed and needed some pipes and outside tap moved out of the way. Valentin was able to come the next day and got the job done quickly! He has done lots of jobs for us in the past and does a great job everytime.

We had a broken pipe and I had reached out to Valentin late on a Thursday evening (he had previously done some other plumbing work for us and we were very happy with his work), and by 8:15 on the Friday morning he had responded and said that he was on his way. By 10:00am the pipe was repaired. He is very professional and responsive, in addition to high quality work. I highly recommend him!

Our kid is going through a growth spurt, so in the case of one week managed to pull off the flusher from a toilet and a tap! We also had a faulty kitchen tap that screeched like every day was Halloween and had only two temperatures, cold and boil your skin away. We have used Strong over the years and as always, a quick message, a few texts and photos exchanged and Valentin was there within 24 hours with a selection of replacement parts for us to choose from. He quickly assessed all the issues, gave us his thoughts and multiple options on resolving them. He was very clear about each option's cost, benefits and negatives, then once we had made our decision he went about fixing everything. As always, he's careful to move everything out the way, make sure that there are towels around the work area and when done he walks you through everything that was done, makes sure you're happy with the outcome and then he cleans up. I've recommended Valentin over the years and never heard anything but 100% praise for his work and his service. Very happy with his visit and grateful for his continuing excellent service.

My husband and I moved into a midtown Victorian row house last spring and our insurance provider recommended we install a battery back-up sump pump in the event of a power outage. We found Strong Plumbing on Homestars and set up an appointment to have him provide and install the sump pump. Two days before the scheduled appointment we discovered our shower was leaking at 6 in the morning. We contacted Valentin and he came that same morning to fix the leak. The leak, thankfully, wasn't an issue but he installed the sump pump in the same visit, saving us time off work. Valentin is personable, reliable, prompt and we really appreciated his friendly, knowledgeable service. We would highly recommend him and already have to friends. Thanks Valentin!
