This is my 2nd time using Strong Plumbing for excavation and redoing the drain pipes. Like the first time, the crew showed up on time and spent close to 8 hrs nonstop (not taking lunch break) to finish the job so I can take the kids out for Halloween trick or treat!Given the complexities and the quality of the job, the price is not inexpensive but it is very well spend. I will recommend Strong Plumbing for any plumbing problems because: 1) They are always on time for the appointment so no wasting of time sitting at home, 2) Final price tag is close to the original quotation so no big surprise, 3) Leave no mess after the job is completed and 4) Offer additional suggestion to make future maintenance easier.

Valentin was amazing. Perhaps the best service call I have ever had. I called this morning with several issues I needed dealing with. He called right back and was here within an hour. He handled everything expertly was was very nice to deal with.

Valentin did a great job! He is always polite and courteous and cleans up after he is finished. His skills and knowledge are clearly demonstrated through his work.

Replaced flapper valves in two Toto toilets. Professional and efficient. Would recommend to anyone. Very pleased.

Valentin from Strong Plumbing Inc contacted me quickly after contacting him through the Homestars web sight. He gave me a competitive quotation and clearly explained the work that needed to be done and how much the city rebate should be. Once I had decided to go with Strong Plumbing Valentin quickly got the permit for the work, which he then emailed me a copy of. The following Tuesday his crew showed up early to accommodate my schedule. They completed the job in a very clean and professional manner. They covered the floors with drop clothes and the area around the work area with plastic to catch all of the dust. They installed the backwater valve to current plumbing codes and were on sight for the inspection which the work passed. Valentin then walked me through how to apply for the city rebate. Since they were working in my home I had Valentin fix a few other issues with pipes in our older home. They installed new plumbing to the washing machine and fixed the drain in the laundry tub, they also installed a new outside tap and shut off with a proper drain. For any future plumbing issues I will be calling Valentin and his crew.

Had a backwater valve installed as well as a pipe burst to replace some aging clay pipes.

A leak was noticed coming out of the wall. I called Valentin, who advised that unfortunately Whitby was out of his service zone (we had used his services once before at a Toronto property, and we were very pleased). The next morning he made space in his calendar and offered to come - amazing! He was quick, found the leak and repaired it, all for a good price. His work is always quality and he takes the time to explain things to you. I would always recommend him!

Val has done most of the plumbing work in our house that has required updating, from a kitchen sink to the stack. This job was yet another to replace a very leaky faucet. Val replaced it and as usual, his work is impeccable.

Valentin did an incredible job. He replaced a very, very old toilet (it was turquoise) with a beautiful new one. He even made sure to add extra bolts to the floor to make sure it was very solid on its base. As well, he left the area in which he worked sparklingly clean and is a delight to talk to. Thank you again Valentin!

Valentin is always courteous and professional in all the work he has done. He's very neat and precise. He communicates with you regarding the appointment and his timing. We've been very satisfied.
