Valentin was great, he was very accommodating to our schedule and showed up on time when we made an appointment. He was fast, cleaned up everything and was right on budget I would highly recommend him and use him again

The 10 year old Toto toilet began making spontaneous flushing sounds every 2 or 3 hours, lasting 4 seconds then stopping, and otherwise working perfectly. I did my research online including HomeStars, College of Trades etc. checking for credentials such as licensed, bonded, insured, written contract, warranty BBB, WSIB. The words "no job too small" and excellent reviews caught my eye so I called Valentin. I called at 11:30 in the morning and left a message. Valentin texted me within the hour. Instructed me to take some photos of the interior of the tank and text them. I did that and he diagnosed the problem texting me back almost immediately. I was really impressed how fast everything moved along. We made an appointment for next morning. Valentin arrived precisely on time. Put on shoe protectors. Was very fast, neat, clean and efficient, and very diligent, explaining everything as he was fixing it. It took 20 minutes to fix something called a flapper that annoyed me for 3 weeks! He gave a written invoice and a 1 yr. warranty. I highly recommend Valentin.

Valentin was prompt and courteous. His crew showed up on time and were very neat and tidy. Dennis was incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!!!!!! In fact I've already referred them to many friends and family members and everyone was very satisfied.

After detecting small amounts of water in cupboard under the kitchen sink we first thought it was condensation because heat we've been having. Unfortunately after close monitoring and shutting off over night we realized the tiny leak was coming from the faucet hot water connection. I called Strong plumbing Friday morning leaving a message. Valentin called back within 15 minutes and advised us that he could be come by at 11 that same morning. He arrived within 5 minutes of his ETA quickly finding the problem showing me that it was both the tap fitting at the connection and that the shutoff valve was also not working. Because the leak was at the factory compression connection of the flex line it could not be repaired and I was advised that I needed a new tap. This was a very expensive fixture that was part of our kitchen renovation 8 years prior. Valentin provided us with a supplier that carried same line and equal alternative products at very competitive prices to the few plumbing stores that actually carried these brands. He replaced the shutoff valve to stop the leak and left us with the use of the cold water function until we could get a replacement faucet. We went to his referred source who had already been contacted by Valentin where we chose and purchased a new faucet. I texted Valentin to inform him that we had our replacement faucet expecting to arrange for him to return early Monday. To our surprise he replied that he would come by later that afternoon. We were thrilled that we would have a fully functional faucet the same day. Valentin arrived as promised, changed the faucet and the other shutoff which also was not functioning 100%. Valentin is an experienced and knowledgeable tradesman who is very honest, takes pride in his work, and is fully attentive of his surroundings leaving a very clean site. I would not hesitate to use Strong Plumbing Co. for any future plumbing needs that might arise.

I highly recommend Valentin for his responsiveness, professionalism and workmanship. His work and crew did an excellent job in clearing a main drain involving removal of old main drain air trap and installation of a backflow preventer valve. Valentin took care of the required permits and coordination of the municipality inspection required for the City basement flooding protection subsidy. Work was completed quickly and the site was left in excellent condition. Much more reasonable priced than a larger company. Hire with confidence and you will not be dissapointed!

I could not be happier over the professionalism and respectful manner exhibited by Valentin at Strong Plumbing. He took and returned my call promptly and came over to my Mom's house the same day to replace and install a kitchen faucet that was badly leaking. It was a tricky job but Valentin completed the work in a timely and accurate manner. I thank him for looking after my Mom's needs so quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Strong Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

I've hired Valentin before and was confident he would do an excellent job on a marble vanity. It needed refinishing, but the sink on top needed to be removed in order for the refinishing to take place. Valentin was understanding about the scheduling required and made time to remove the sink and return to re-attach the sink after the refinishing had taken place. He was quick and careful not to damage any of the parts. It's clear he takes pride in his work.

It's obvious why Strong Plumbing has so many 10-star reviews. Valentin was prompt, courteous, and highly professional. He was unfazed by the challenge of removing our corroded, leaking faucet. He did a beautiful job installing the new faucet and clearly communicated the care and maintenance instructions, patiently demonstrating some key details to ensure we understood. We would not hesitate to call on him again for any future plumbing needs.

My initial contact with Valentin occurred within half an hour of my leaving a voicemail message on his company phone. Very prompt and courteous response, and when he arrived to help us with our backing up laundry drain, this polite and efficient manner continued. Valentin quickly assessed and determined possible causes and solutions, informing me of potential costly complications, but assuring me that each avenue before that would be pursued first. Luckily, his first efforts were successful, and he only needed to cut one pipe to allow for proper access to the debris. He cleared undetermined years of debris and gave me tips on keeping things clear in future by using an old pair of nylons to capture lint from the outflowing laundry hose - which I now do. Since our kitchen drain was also a problem, he investigated and removed significant debris there as well - and as a kindness, did not even charge for this extra service in the kitchen. I was very impressed by this plumber for his honesty, work ethic, courteousness, set of skills, and kindness. Highly recommended.

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom to our kitchen ceiling. We called many companies to deal with the issue including The Master People / Restoration Canada who advised we would likely need to rip out our entire ceiling with the cost being $1-2k at first then $2-3k before finishing up at $3-4k. They heavily pushed for a claim to be made through our insurer and noted that the insurer would not cover plumbing services. As we were not comfortable with their moving estimate we opted to choose our own plumber he cut off communication with them. We then called Canada's Restoration Services. They were very helpful and reiterated that we would not need major repairs and should not be scared into ripping down our ceiling but should instead call a plumber. Their service was great as they were upfront and looking out for our best interest. They recommended Express Rooter. We had Express Rooter come to the house and after completing an assessment for $50.00 the plumber deemed that the leak must have been caused by water overflowing from the bathtub and getting between the tub and floors or else down the vent. We asked about the toilet on three occasions and were assured that was not the issue. Express Rooter left without making any repairs. The next day we went out and came home to a puddle of water in our kitchen and a wet ceiling again despite not having used the bathtub at all. We decided we should change the toilet to rule out that possibility since it was our suspicion despite Express Rooter advising it was not the case. We received the following estimates for changing the toilet: Express Rooter $200-$400, DrainCom $200-$280, Public Plumbing $140-$160. We booked with Public Plumbing because they were cheapest. They then double-booked themselves leading to a delay. Public Plumbing provided a quote of $398.00 if they were to supply the toilet as well. while Public Plumbing was en route to my house they advised that they misquoted and forgot to include the installation in the price after providing the $398 figure. The total cost was then $550 (toilet, toilet disposal of $60 and installation). I advised this was $100 more expensive than the original price which involved me picking up the toilet. I felt like I was being ripped off and time was wasted by Public Plumbing. I then contacted Val of Strong plumbing at about 5p.m. He agreed to change the toilet for $200 at 8a.m. next day. He kept me updated as to when he would arrive, was very professional, confirmed the leak was from the toilet, showed us the damage, confirmed we would not need to remove the ceiling, removed the old toilet and left the place spotless! His service was amazing and it was refreshing to deal with an honest tradesperson that did what he said he would. I would highly recommend him!
