Needed a new drain stopper - a small job. Valentin responded quickly via email and I liked his customer service orientation and use of technology to be efficient. He requested a picture on the phone and then was able to pre-purchase the part I needed, then scheduled a visit.. AND HE ARRIVED ON TIME (in fact - early). Job was completed quickly, he cleaned up afterwards and I was very happy. Would definitely recommend him - great customer service.

This is the 3rd time we've called on Valentin's service, each time for different plumbing needs. He's the only one we trust. Today, he came to look after a leaking kitchen drain pipe. While inspecting the issue, he looked after something else that would save us grief in the future. He's honest, reliable, professional - and an absolute gentleman. Thank you, as always, Valentin.

Valentin is incredible! Not only does he have a great personality, he's totally professional, explains everything very well and sent a very good team to help with the work. We had huge amounts of water coming in and he sent Dennis who arrived within the hour. Ultimately, we needed to do a pipe burst [replace clay pipes with PVC] which stops water coming in the house for good! So impressed - we will be recommending him to everyone we know. We had some damaged pipes and called Strong Plumbing. They were really helpful offering us some great advice and service! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to friendly and helpful service!

Valentin agreed to come and replace our wall in kitchen faucet and replace our old shut off valves below the sink. Not an easy job as the sink is antique. Valentin took extra effort to make sure it worked properly and was level. Note that we bought the replacement faucet ourselves (American Standard from Amazon.ca) He also consulted on another issue we had with our basement toilet and fixed it for free (replaced a leaky valve). Very professional service that was on time and efficient. Probably costs a little more and others but you get what you pay for!

We emailed Strong Plumbing (Mr. Valentin Sasu) with our problem. He replied within a few minutes. Because he was on a work site he asked if we were able to text him. We could, which really moved things along. He asked for a photo of our faucet. We sent it. He was then able to tell us what we could buy as a replacement. Then at Home Depot we snapped a photo of our choice and sent it to him. He got back quickly. This allowed us to set up a time for him to do the job the following day. He came on time. He explained everything as he was doing the work. As well we had another issue with our plumbing and he (unlike representatives from large companies who seem to always give you the impression that your world will blow-up if you don't get this job done immediately) clearing explained what the problem is and how to deal with it in the future. I highly recommend Strong Plumbing - Mr. Valentin Sasu - he is very efficient, dependable, not greedy, clean and a gentleman with a work ethic I admire.

Did a complete reno 3 years ago and replaced 5 toilets with top quality products...only to find that the most frequently used toilets were leaking and "flushing" every half hour. Other than being entertaining for company, this problem was irritating and caused concern that the three remaining toilets would exhibit the same problem in time. This was fixed quickly using the manufacturer's original parts to avoid any future issues. The call was answered, scheduled and completed within 24 hours. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Last night, we started smelling sewage odor in the basement. I went on Homestars and found Strong Plumbing Co. with 10/10 ! Emailed him at 7:30AM and Valentin was in our home 2 hours later. He located the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes. Super friendly and took the time to explain the problem (Blockage in the toilet). Problem was fixed in minutes. Great person and company. He will actually do our next project, changing the faucet in the kitchen.

On Family Day, no less, Valentin was at our home in less than a hour. His repair was quick and reasonably priced. He'll be our go-to from now on, no question.

I first used Strong Plumbing (Valentin) almost 2 years ago, and neglected to write a review. He was fast, direct (I would even say blunt!) about the challenges, and what he was going to do to fix it. It was a very difficult installation because of the lousy job done by the previous owner, but Valentin fixed it quickly and professionally, and bang on his estimate. The results have stood the test of time - no problems 2 years later. Fast forward to last Spring (yes, I'm catching up on my reviews) and I called him in to my parents place to replace an original (25 year old) kitchen faucet. Same old Valentin - reliable, fast, to the point, and professional. Again, right on estimate. I'm considering a new kitchen and Valentin will definitely be the first guy I call for the plumbing work UPDATE: We had a burst pipe in the basement, leading to the exterior faucet, and we called Antonin right away. He was there the next day, and had the job finished, with additional features to ensure it wouldn't happen again, within a couple of hours. Again, an expert job. Call Antonin first!
