No job is too big or too small. I was a bit concerned originally when calling a plumbing company to fix a small problem with our kitchen faucet. After 5 mins I emailed the company (with my situation), I got a prompt response from the dispatcher to coordinate a next day visit. The plumber Valentin arrived promptly, and he was very professional despite the the job was just fixing a kitchen faucet leakage. Not only he replaced the faucet quickly but he also pin pointed / resolved other potential problems. Great job and Thanks for your help

After reviewing a few companies on Homestars I chose Strong Plumbing based on the number of positive reviews and I'm glad to say they lived up to the high scores I've seen. They quickly returned my call and setup an appointment the same day to assess the problem. After assessing the problem, a fair quote that I thought was fair and a crew was arranged to start the next morning to excavate and replace an underground sewer pipe. The crew arrived at the designated time and worked half a day to complete the work in a professional manner. After finishing they left the area clean as when they started.

Valentin and his staff were great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the options for us. We have an old house with roots blocking clay sewer pipes. He was very clear in explaining the process and associated costs, He was especially helpful in getting documents for City of Toronto rebates for the back water valve. The team was courteous and professional, and very attentive to not disturbing the plants in our front garden. Strong Plumbing provides a great service and I wish them success.

I found Strong Plumbing through Homestars and have been delighted with the service. I originally booked them to do a camera survey of my underground soil pipes while doing a basement reno, Valentin came out the next day and did a camera survey for me explaining everything he was doing and seeing. The survey uncovered a break in the pipe and the complete lack of a backwater valve, which I then booked him to rectify. Strong Plumbing walked me through every step of the process, including pulling permits and arranging the city inspector, and when the day came to do the work the crew were punctual, clean, friendly and hard working. Again, they explained everything they were doing and why, and once they were complete they cleaned everything to the point where there was no sign they had ever been there other than the fresh concrete on the floor. I will be booking Strong Plumbing to do additional work for me when I dig up my front yard this summer and would have no hesitation in recommending Valentin and his team to anyone else.

I have used Strong Plumbing before for my house, my business and a rental condo... when the condo's kitchen faucet needed to be replaced I contacted Valentin who advised me on what to buy and then promptly came and installed a few days later. Just like the many times Valentin has done work for me, it was an efficient, clean and fairly priced affair. Valentin and his team provided reliable and highly efficient service. They installed a back valve, sump pump, and installed new drains and pipes indoors and out. We were kept informed along the way and the project was completed with minimal disruption to us. The property was left intact. I would recommend them to anyone.

I know Valentin from Home Star, and I started working with him from the sump pump project in my basement. Later on, he helped change faucet cartridge, replace broken valves, snake stuck sink, etc. Valentin always arrived on time, and he works very efficiently. My wife and I like his work very much because he does his job in a manner of neat and clean.

Valentin called me back immediately. He made sure he understood the problem and gave me an estimate over the phone. He arrived when he said he would, and was quick at the job. The sink was also slow draining and he stuck at that until he had fixed it, without charging me any more than his first estimate. He also gave me some good advice about keeping the drains running well. I will call him again and would recommend him highly. I paid pretty much what I expected to before I called him.
