I've used Valentin and his team several times now to do water service upgrades. Every time they have been polite, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I'm always impressed at how well they return the landscaping back to its original state (after digging a massive hole) and whenever we've have issues with water levels they've always gone above and beyond to get the work done. Scheduling has been easy and quick.

A few weeks late but Valentin was fantastic so it'd be a crime to not leave a review. Valve under the sink was leaking. Left a voicemail at night. Valentin texted the next morning and an appointment was made for following day, starting with an assessment at no-cost before confirming if we wanted work done. I had to work the day so wife had to deal with Valentin. She was very happy with his service... pleasant, no pressure, and no surprises. Changed the valve. Great work. Was patient as my wife asked for some advice for the future on our shoddy pipping. We asked about our leaky faucet and he replaced it right then and there and gave us some advice in keeping our eye on the counter. Thanks Valentin. This is what real customer service looks like.

My toilet was leaking. I had used a large plumbing service earlier this year for a different problem and got totally ripped off. I got Strong's details from HomeStars and must admit I was nervous after my earlier experience.I arranged with Valentin an appointment for the next day. He came on time ,diagnosed the problem, was efficient ,exceptionally clean for a great price. I will now go to no-one else for any plumbing services that I need.

Immediate response from Valentin to my enquiry. Updated ETA using text messaging and arrived precisely when committed. The work was complete including explanation of each step and the price was as quoted.

I called on Strong Plumbing for the first time a couple of weeks ago to install our new kitchen faucet, which was ordered online. I was pleased that when Valentin returned my call and texted me, he did so with a willingness to come by the very same day if that was convenient for me, and when it wasn't, he offered me alternate times the next day. On the day of service, he kept me up to date by text about his whereabouts and anticipated arrival, and once here he got straight to work, installed everything quickly and without any apparent trouble. He explained about possible future issues with the new faucet to keep an eye on and explained how to remedy likely issues, and gave us a written warranty for his work for one year. I would definitely call Valentin back in the future and would recommend him to others. Very nice person, and very skilled and professional in his work.

Removal of building trap and unused rough ins. Valentin diagnosis of the problem was right on. It was a real treat to see the level of craftsmanship that Denys applied to the plumbing on this job. No compromises, do the job right. The crew was impressively clean and tidy, although the project involved digging a huge hole in my basement floor, when they were done, there was not a speck of dirt/debris left. They arrived when they said they would and did the job for the quoted price. Ten year warranty on the work was a plus.

Valentin fixed our bathtub spout quickly and professionally. He even modified it so I could fix it myself if the same problem happens again in the future. Thanks for the great work!

Valentin, Denys and crew were responsive, professional, friendly, on time and on budget! If only all trades operated like them, the world would be a better place! Work performed included; replacing clay pipes, installing a backflow valve, replacing the lead water line, installing a floor drain and roughing in a 3pc bathroom. I would highly recommend them Strong Plumbing.

Strong Plumbing is fantastic! Valentin came to my house a few days ago to work on a problem, and I've already recommended his company to 3 friends. Four days after moving into our new home, we started noticing a terrible -- and I mean TERRIBLE -- smell coming from one room in the basement. The night before we'd had a major rain, and this room is where the sewage cleanouts are located. There was no flooding or noticeable moisture, but because of the cleanouts, we figured it must be a plumbing problem. I contacted Strong Plumging late in the day, and around 7:30 at night, I heard back from Valentin. Unfortunately, the cell service in my house is terrible, and I couldn't take the call. So he texted me. And we spent roughly the next hour texting back and forth while he tried to diagnose the problem. He said the best thing was to run a camera down the lines to see if there was a small break. He was here early the next morning and started investigating. He said that he wasn't certain it was a plumbing issue -- 60/40 that it was either that or a dead animal. I decided to have a look at the drains nonetheless. It's a very old house, and knowing the condition of the pipes would be a good thing regardless. So he put the camera in the various drains -- discovering a few surprises along the way -- but no broken pipes. This process took quite a long time and, unfortunately, didn't give us a definite answer. So he went back to the possibility of a dead animal. Ugh. As he was packing up his things, I asked him if he had time to look at a toilet that had just that very day started hissing -- ie, leaking. No problem. He looked at it, fixed it, and then gave me a bill for exactly what he'd quoted the night before. No added charges for the extra time or extra work. On top of all this, he was just a pleasure to work with -- polite, funny, and definitely good at his job. We will absolutely use him for any future plumbing repairs or improvements. And the smell? As we were moving a futon sofa out of the room so that it didn't keep absorbing the odour, we found a little mouse pressed between the bottom of the futon and the anti-slip mat that sits on the frame. Since it was hidden between layers, we didn't see it when we were initially looking under furniture and moving things around. We figure it must have crawled in there during the move and suffocated. Poor little guy.
