Outstanding service from start to finish. We needed a backflow valve installed and Valentin walked us through the options thoroughly and clearly. He organized everything from the permit to the inspector. Sent updates of the job via text that were efficient and courteous. Completed wihin 48 hours of me contacting him! Will call Strong Plumbing for all plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Valentin!!

On Wednesday we found water in basement and discovered that main line outside of the house has leak . Several contractors that we contacted showed up early Thursday. All of them offered similar procedure to fix it and were in the similar range, but we decided to go with Strong Plumbing as Valentin left best impression. Crew showed up earl Friday and did they work in a very efficient and professional way. The old pipe was replaced with the new, 3/4" one, everything was cleaned and left in the same way it was before. I would recommend Strong Plumbing and Mr. Valentin Sasu to anyone doing similar work.

The pipes under my kitchen sink broke and we were having water leaking into the cabinet. I had had two other plumbers come by in the last six months to fix the problem, but the pipes kept breaking. I called Valentin based on Homestars reviews late Thursday night, he came Friday morning and replaced all of the pipes under the sink for the same price the other plumbers charged me to caulk the old pipes. He also gave me a two year warranty. He was honest, explained everything, cleaned up after himself and very nice. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

My bathroom floor was wet and I found out that there's water leaking from the toilet. I left Valentin a message early in the morning and he called back within an hour. He came to my home after lunch. He told me what the problem was, showed me the wornout/defective valve, and told me how things work. He even fixed the chain connected to the flapper so now I finally have the right amount of water for flushing! He's professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Strong Plumbing!

With the past good experience with the company, I use Strong Plumbing for all of my plumbing work. I e-mailed the owner Valentin regarding the basement toilet water backing out of the shower room. Valentin diagnosed the problem right away and came over with the drainage camera next morning. His crew came over two days later and replaced the last piece of clay pipe in my house. With his dental surgery in the morning, Valentin still replies my e-mails and supervise his crew. It is a challenge for me to keep up with a 70 years old house in Leaside. With Valentin, things are much easier. Thanks, Valentin and your team.

The 2nd floor toilet had broken (the handle along with the float mechanism inside the tank) so I called Valentin. We scheduled an appointment quickly. Valentin was prompt and replaced the parts (he had all the necessary parts in his van). The old supply valve was rusty and frozen, so he replaced it with a new one as well. This was the second time I had called on Valentin for plumbing repairs, and he left the job site spotless this time as well. Strong Plumbing is the only plumber I will ever consider calling, and highly recommend Valentin.

1) After I sent a text message via the Homesteads site, Mr Valentin contacted me about my kitchen sink trap problem (it had completely corroded and needed replacement). After asking for a photo of the problem, he determined the part he needed and even cleared some time that same morning to fix the problem. Mr Valentin was exceptionally courteous, professional, and best of all fixed the problem! He even gave me some advice about the potential problems with my aging kitchen sink tap (what would be a good replacement in the future). After he had finished this job, I asked him for his advice on replacing a toilet to which he gave very useful response--a job I'll be calling him back to do as soon as I purchase that item. If you have a plumbing problem call Mr Valentin. I know I won't be calling anyone else! 2) This is our second wonderful experience with Mr Valentin. After our experience with his replacing the corroded trap on our kitchen sink, there was no question that we would call him back to install a new toilet purchased for our condo. Mr Valentin was immediately available to come and install the toilet, and beforehand even gave a great recommendation for a model that would be ideal for our home. On the day he was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. I cannot recommend him more highly. His workmanship is excellent: very thorough and thoughtful (he showed us that a part of the internal plumbing was corroding, and replaced it along with the toilet). Especially if you are downtown--where good and trustworthy plumbers are difficult to come by--hire this man. There is no question we'll be calling him for future jobs.

Val responded immediately to our plumbing back up emergency. He and his pleasant and capable team completed our 6-foot-underground project in 48 hours, left our property in excellent condition, were upfront and competitive with cost, and patiently explained everything to me as a first-timer. Valentin is a true gentlemen. I called him on a weekend giving him my home phone and cellphone number for him to call me back. He wrote back to me by text message. What a great and effective way to communicate. Rapidly he knew what was the problem and gave me the price to do the job. He was here first thing on Monday morning and did an excellent job. Professional, friendly and very competent. I highly recommend his service. Update : Yesterday my washing machine broke. I send him a text asking him if he was able to repair it. He kindly said no but gave me the name of someone to call. Valentin is surely my go to person now as he is reliable. In a big city it's good to find contractor that you can trust. Thank you so much!
