I selected Strong Plumbing Co. based on their top reviews. Valentin arrived on the day as promised and did a fine job removing the old and installing the new toilet. The few problems encountered by doing the work he solved in no time based on his extensive experience and excellent job knowledge.The work area he left clean and tidy. Will use his service again in the future and will recommend his Co. to friends and neighbours.

Valentin assessed + corrected the issue w our leaky shower - first over the phone and then confirmed when he got here. He arrived when he said he would (called on his way) and the cost remained what he estimated. He checked out the surrounding shower and made suggestions for us to look into. I would be happy to use him again. Professional and polite.

I decided to give Valentin a call due to the high customer service ratings on home stars. I called Valentin and left a message. I explained that i had a leaky saddle valve that connects to the humidifier and that the leak was damaging my water heater as rust was starting to build. He called back within 20 min. He said he could be at my house at noon, which was amazing. He explained everything that he would do. He arrived on site exactly on time. He was very friendly and honest. In fact, he noticed a couple of other problems which he could have charged me, but decided to honour the original price he gave me. What great service!! I would highly recommend using Valentin!! What a great, honest and sincere plumber. Hard to find these days!

Noticed a sewer smell coming from the main drain in the basement. Turns out that sewer water was backing up into the house from the main cleanout in the front yard. House was built in the 1920's, so not overly surprised by this. Valentin came over, snaked the drain with a camera, and immediately identified the problem. His guys were there next day, and problem was solved.

Valentin was a great guy to talk to. His crew worked efficiently and was very polite. I was interested in what they are doing and they describe it to me in detail. If I have another plumbing job, I will definitely find them again.
