Valentin was wonderful to work with. Whereas many plumbers wanted to charge $150 for an estimate, Valentin discussed it with me over the phone and even drove by briefly to give me a free estimate. This was greatly appreciated and showed me that he was not out to gouge me. His price is reasonable and I trust his workmanship and knowledge. I will definitely be calling him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I had Adam from the Original Plumbing company come to fix multiple leaks in my master bathroom/shower, main bathroom/shower. He is a fast thinker, a problem solver, very knowledgeable and a very professional plumber. He was able to fix all the leaks in one day. His rate is very reasonable. He is an angel for saving my home.

Fast response, sensible advice on solutions (no upsell), quick repair with zero mess, very reasonable cost. My wife thought I had cleaned up after he was finished. Very professional and competent...all the good things you read are true!

I live in a condo and I had a leaky kitchen pipe. Valentin was very professional. It was a little on the pricey side considering i don't live in a house but the work was great and i would use him again.

Problem with no hot water in shower. Called Valentin who not only advised me that Riobel offer a lifetime warranty of my existing part and thus replaced at no cost, but he would pick it up for me at no extra cost. He fixed the problem the same day I called. Excellent, professional service, knowledgeable of the product and a pleasant helpful personality. I give him 10 stars and would highly reccomend.

Valentin was terrific -- he's always in touch and on the ball. Needed to replace the valve for my water intake because of the water meter upgrades. There were a few complications but he kept a smile on his face and delivered the job for nice, low price. Great guy.

Valentin Sasu of Strong Plumbing is a great find! He is completely reliable and easy to reach and will get to you as soon as he possibly can. His work is excellent and I have been amazed by his integrity and professionalism. It's not easy to find a good plumber that you can count on. I can count on Valentin when I need a plumber pronto! We have used Valentin's services before and had no hesitation in asking him to do this work. He is great! We booked him to come two weeks before the installation of our new countertops, and he arrived early on the morning of the countertop installation as required. After the countertops had been installed, he returned later that day/the following day to install the faucets in the kitchen/bathrooms as arranged, so we were only without water in the bathrooms overnight. He was as professional and capable as always. We would be happy to use his services again and to recommend him to family and friends.

We have had trouble with our main drain for years, and after having multiple larger plumbing companies come in decided to try Valentin based on other reviews. He and his crew were on time, professional and polite - Valentin answered multiple questions in regards to getting a permit and walked us through everything. When other companies told us they would have to dig out our foundation and replace all of out drains, Valentin was able to isolate the issue to outside, replaced our main drain and installed a backwater valve, for more then $500 less than any other quote - and without turning our house into a construction site. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again - in fact he's coming back to look at our tub drain today. Such a relief to find someone honest and reliable!!
