Valentin was excellent and professional. He called me back (on a Sunday) within an hour. We scheduled an appointment the next morning. He was very considerate with my time an sent me a text advising me his actual ETA. He clearly cares about his work and his customers offering options and advise. I would without hesitation call on him again!

Valentin was so great!! I had no water for six days , he came and helped get a hold of the city for me. It ended up being the city's fault so he pulled out and charged me a small amount for all his trouble.

Valentine came to investigate a sewage smell in the basement. He has the best communication of any contractor I have ever worked it. He responds immediately and even lets you know if he's running late! Valentine went above and beyond to help resolve the problem with the least cost to me. On a second visit, he spent 45 mins on further investigation, went through all options with me and in the end, would not take any money for his time. I would not hesitate to recommend Valentine. A refreshing alternative to no-response, no-show contractors!

I strongly recommend Valentin. He is efficient, professional, knows his job and responded in a timely manner I had frozen pipes I called and left him a message at 11pm and he promptly called me the next morning at 7am, said he would come in and see the pipes in an hour(at 8am) and he was on time. He had the water running again. I was so relieved. He explained to me what options I have and what may be possible solutions so that the problem doesn't occur again

Valentine arrived at the agreed upon time, finished the job efficiently, and left the work area clean. This is the second time I have used Strong Plumbing and I consider the company good value for money. Job specifics: Last summer, the city did some work on the pipes in my neighbourhood. Afterwards, I noticed banging pipes in my walls when taps were shut off quickly and the toilet completed its cycle. I surmised that that the city had increased my water pressure. Valentin confirmed the pressure was too high. He installed both a quality pressure relief valve and a pressure gauge reader. The complicated set of joints neatly assembled with good copper soldering. After the installation, he patiently walked me through how the valve worked while I wrote down notes. He checked that the valve had solved the problem by monitoring places where the noise had been most noticeable. We ran a cycle of the washing machine, flushed the toilets and ran taps, making sure the new pressure setting was adequate.

During the ice storm we lost power for about 10 days and in the meantime a pipe burst flodding the main floor bedroom/bathrrom plus the basement. I called Valentin from Strong Plumbing who responded right away and fixed my pipe, a few days later during the water mitigation process I needed 6 shut off valves installed and he came out that same day, a few days later I had a leaking faucet in the basement and he was there the next day to repair that. He is quick to respond, has reasonable prices and is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent Service quick and reliable. They saved me from frozen pipes and an extreme messy flood during this cold weather. Service was neat, handy man extremely patient and polite. RELIABLE

Our floor drain had overflowed a small amount but fortunately I discovered it before it got too bad. I called one of the larger plumbing companies to come and snake it out. Unfortunately they where unable to get through the clog as it was located in an exterior p trap. They gave me a price of about $3200 for the repair so I thought I would check out some other companies. I called about 4 companies on Homestars and got quotes from $2400 to $3000+. Fortunately I also called Valentin at Strong Plumbing and got a quote for $1900. He understood what was required and quoted a good price right from the start. I had another company offer to match the price after quoting $2400 but how can you trust someone you over prices the job by $500 in the first place. Valentin's team showed up when he said they would, they were very friendly and they did a great job. The pipe was under the front porch which required that they remove deck boards and move furniture but by the time they were finished and had left everything was back in place and you wouldn't know that hey had been there. Valentin also did a camera inspection of the pipes and showed me areas that had a bit of shifting but told me it wasn't bad. He could have told me that everything needed to be replaced and I wouldn't have known any better. I appreciate that he didn't use any scare tactics to inflate the job. I will recommend Valentin to friends and neighbours.

It was our first time using Strong Plumbing today for a frozen pipe. He came on very short notice and resolved the problem as quickly as was possible. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thanks Valentino!

I called many plumbers today to try to get someone to come fix the frozen pipe. None of the others had any availability because it was a busy day for plumbers. Valentin called me back and was able to come right away. He was efficient and helpful and solved the problem in less than a half hour.
