Valentin did a great job of thawing out the frozen pipes in our house. He came out on the same day that I called on one of the busiest days of the year. He let me know exactly when he would arrive and was very respectful of our property (brought shoe covers!). He patiently explained the cause of the problem and preventative measures. We will definitely use him again for any plumbing-related issues.

Due to recent ice storm and prolonged power outage, we had a ruptured frozen pipe on Christmas day that required immediate repair. Valentin did an excellent job at our house 2 years ago, so I gave him a call on Boxing Day. He returned my call promptly even on a holiday and promised to come the next day. He arrived right on time and got to work on my problem immediately. The repair was a very challenging one given the source of leak was well hidden behind dry wall and other structures. Like a surgeon, Valentin methodically dissected down to the diseased pipe and replaced it with a new one while causing as little destruction to our existing structure as possible. All in all, I am very satisfied with his work and he is now my default guy when it comes to plumbing need. Highly recommended.

I have a few rental properties and I have used Valentin on three occasions without ever meeting him. The initial one was to increase the water pressure in the house and attach to the main valve. The distance was quite a way. He also fixed a rotting pipe and emailed me the pictures before he started. Tenants were very happy, and he is a very humble man who is honest. Which is greatly appreciated when you cannot be present. I will be using him all the time.

Val gave me the best quote for the back flow valve that we had to get installed. His crew came and were on time, clean and thorough. When the discovered something unusual, Val came over and used the camera to see what was going on. He gave us a couple options to work with at varying costs. Val and his team were very pleasant to work with and we'd be happy to work with them again. Big thanks!!

Valentin did a good job installing a Delta Touch2O faucet in my kitchen. He is responsive and communicates well to clients, which really stands out in this field! He also saved me replacing my bathroom faucet by guiding me to call Moen for free replacement parts.

I was very impressed with work - very efficient, done on time and Well done! Very clean work. Valentin and his crew were very nice and it was a pleasure to work with them. Definitely recommend to anyone and will always get back to them myself whenever there is a need!

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Val. He was on time [considering the weather was not the greatest]. He was very neat in his work taking care not to make any more of a mess than was necessary and fixed a leaking drain pipe from a toilet in record time. He explained what he was going to do and was a pleasure to deal with. We did not know any plumbers to call and neither did our neighbours but because of the excellent service and reasonable cost, we will be recommending Strong Plumbing to everyone we know! J S Addison was not prepared to do the job on the day they had promised, my neighbour was without water as her line was shut off because of a leak, and the outside hose between our houses that I had put in to give her water till the job got done was at risk of freezing, and in fact did the night before the work. Valentin was able to get people in the next day to get the job done for both our semi-detached homes. They worked around the problem of some paving stones and got the job done through a dig in the lawn only. At our request they went through the wall rather than disturbing the floors with much larger holes. The quote for the work was the lowest of four estimates. The day was bitterly cold, but by dinnertime the job was complete, and well done. Type K 3/4 inch copper line, no PEX for me, thanks, and a new shutoff at the meter. I am glad I ended up using Valentin, and recommend him. The cost was per household. Total for both was $3000 total plus tax of course.

Professional and competent work is accomplished with minimum disruption and as expeditiously as possible. Add to this courtesy, respect and informative response to concerns raised by the client. What could have been a nightmare, given the scenario raised by some of the other companies I contacted, turned into a cause for celebration. A new waterline was neatly installed, my home remained intact, and a company one can trust was added to the very short list I've collected. This is one company I can unequivocally recommend.
