We contacted Valentin late Thursday, and he had everything fixed by Monday afternoon. He was very quick, very informative, and very reasonable! We will definitely be using his services again and will be recommending him to friends and family. Thanks again, Valentin!

We were very happy with Strong Plumbing. We needed to have pipes replaced and looked around quite a bit until deciding on Strong. They showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. All the work was explained clearly and our questions were answered satisfactorily. We were happy to find the work area thoroughly tidied and that the part of our front path that they dug up was replaced nicely. We'd use Strong Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone.

Val is intelligent, prompt, courteous and pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain in detail all of the particulars of the job in clear language. He finished the project in a day and a half, left a clean worksite. Val even came back to fix an unrelated leak at no additional cost to us. He is hands down the best plumber I have ever encountered.

Valentin and his crew are professional polite and efficient, called other companies for quote but decided with valentine's. Very quick and efficient, half day notice and started at 8:30 AM and finished 1:30 PM replaced 20 feet lead pipe and shut off valve. Thank you Mr. Valentine and your crew I will call if needed.

Valentin called me back within and hour after leaving a message. He came within 24 hours (it was not an emergency) and fixed my leaking faucet and shower. This was one of those cases where you really needed a pro, someone who can be creative, since the bathroom is very old and will eventually be renovated, we needed a solution that would be cost effective. I felt that his price was extremely fair and he was absolutely lovely. A very pleasant man who showed me a great deal of respect. Walked me thru everything step by step and even covered his shoes with those little booties! Will definitely use him again.

We had a number of small plumbing issues in our house. Valentin identified our problem over the phone and directed us to what replacement parts we needed to get and where to get them. Once we got the parts he was available to come within a few days. He was punctual and polite and diligently solved all our plumbing problems at a reasonable cost. We had leaking coming from our basement bathroom ceiling which we found out was due to an improperly installed powder room toilet. Iniitally, we got one of the big plumbing companies to give us a quote, but they thought it would be a big job, needing to cut and extend the pipe, and charged well over $400, so we balked at this. The person left our home in a huff, stating we couldn't get a better price. Instead, we called Valentin up. It took a few days to get a hold of him, but he answered our after 4pm call. He asked me to send pictures of the problem by e-mail and within a few hours replied, stating he could do the job for almost half the price of the other company. He was very prompt, friendly and efficient. He arrived when he said he was going to, fixed our problem in under an hour, and stuck to his quoted price. Also, he took a quick look at a couple of other minor plumbing concerns we had for no extra cost (something which the big company was reluctant to do). It's obvious Valentin has a passion for his work and for providing the best possible service to his customers. I would strongly recommend anyone with any plumbing concerns to give him a call. It may take a few tries to get a hold of him (probably because he's very busy), but it will be DEFINITELY worth any wait!

Valentin was a great guy to talk to. His crew worked efficiently and was very polite. I was interested in what they are doing and they describe it to me in detail. If I have another plumbing job, I will definitely find them again.

It was a pleasure working with Valentin. He was polite and answered every question that I asked, even ones unrelated to my project. His operation is not very big, but he was more professional than the larger plumbing companies that I've hired previously. I would call Valentin again for future plumbing needs.

Valentin Sasu of Strong Plumbing is a great find! He is completely reliable and easy to reach and will get to you as soon as he possibly can. His work is excellent and I have been amazed by his integrity and professionalism. It's not easy to find a good plumber that you can count on. I can count on Valentin when I need a plumber pronto!
