I called Valentin based on his profile on Homestars and he was everything previous posters had said. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable and respectful. He addressed another small issue without charging. I took a second business card :)

Valentin came to take care of a few small jobs (noisy toilet, faucet shut-off valves installation) and took care of them quickly and efficiently. Reasonably priced and excellent to deal with. I'll be calling him for my future plumbing needs.

Valentine & helper came in to change the fawcetts in the tub- had to go behind the wall and replace old pipe etc. They came on time, were pleasant, clean and thorough. Done 2 weeks ago- seems they did a good job

We had constant problems with a toilet and could find somebody to fix it once and for all. After I described the 'symptoms' to Valentin Sasu, he knew immediately what was wrong. He fixed it in no time and helped us also with general advice. From the way he 'diagnosed' the problem so quickly, it was clear that he is very experienced and knowledgeable. Valentin is also very prompt, reliable and professional and therefore we give him our highest recommendation.

After reading his reviews on HomeStars, I asked Valentin to come give us a quote to replace our lead service line that was ballooning below the shut off valve as well as replace a small amount of galvanized steel pipe we had above the shut off valve that was corroding. He was very professional and patient, explaining what he was looking at as we went along and what would need to happen in order for the work to be done, including explaining what would happen to our interlocking brick that would need to be removed. When he gave me his quote I was very happy! His prices are extremely competitive and after all the glowing reviews, booking him was a no-brainer. I'm very happy with the final results. The crew that did the work was prompt, quick and courteous. They laid down drop clothes to avoid any damage to our floors and did a very neat job of removing the interlocking brick and filling the hole with gravel. I'll definitely be calling Valentin in the near future to get a new toilet installed!

I emailed Valentin one night and he got back to me right away. Amazing. I was great to meet a kind and friendly man when you just never know who is going to show up at your house. He fixed my toilet and put new taps in the laundry room. Such a gentleman and he did a great job. Everything written here is true!

I phoned Valentin on Friday, after reading Homestars reviews. On Monday he came at 10, saw, and by 1 had replaced the bath fixture, attached two grab bars for seniors, and replaced a defective toilet, as well as giving some very good advice. Really, over 40 years of hiring tradesman I've never been so happy with the work and the workers - friendly, helpful, and skilled. My highest recommendation. John

I called Strong Plumbing to replace the lead pipe coming into my home from the outside. From the moment I got on the phone they were friendly and quite organized. When they came to quote the job, they clearly explained exactly what they would be doing and I asked many questions, which they were happy to answer. I felt very comfortable hiring them. Within two days of the quote, they came to do the job itself. They layed down sheets to keep the floor clean. They recommended using a jack hammer over cutting the concrete with a diamond cutter to avoid creating extra dust in the home. They had the job done within 4 hours and neatly installed the new 3/4 inch copper pipe and re-concreted my floor. The place was left clean and it was as if they were never there. I had met with several other plumbers to get quotes and besides them being the best to work with, the price was also exceptional. This is one of the best trades I've ever hired and I highly recommend using this plumber.

We hired Strong Plumbing to upgrade our service line from 1/2" to 3/4". We were able to book them in fairly quickly, they worked very hard and efficiently and the price was very competitive. Very good work!
