My rarely used main-floor bathtub had backed up drainage. It was a complex set of problems. Valentin took care of it, improved my drains making future cleans easier, demonstrated some cool tools he used including video camera inspection. Very professional, helpful, honest guy. Strongly recommend.

Valentin provided top-quality service, was very prompt, and all at a very reasonable cost. He arrived to quote on the job within 24 hours of my contact, and, once I accepted his quote, the work was scheduled again within one day. The crew were really impressive, though our tree roots, and a wait for the city crew, made it a very long and strenuous task. They were unfailingly cheerful and helpful, let us know what they were doing at all times, and left the site tidy and clean inside and out. Valentin would be our first call for future plumbing work.

When a new laundry machine was delivered I quickly learned the old taps were seized (doh, why didn't I check before) and the new machine couldn't be installed. Anyway, I called up Valentin on a Saturday and he returned my call on Sunday morning. We found mutually convenient time to fix things a couple of days later. He showed up on time and had the taps fixed up in no time. A job done, quickly, efficiently and for a fair price. Highly recommend!

A few months ago, we called Valentin to fix our toilets - they started working as soon as he got here, but he provided some advice and did not charge him. We appreciated his professionalism. As a result, we called him again when our garburator broke down. Valentin was very quick to respond, professional, and helpful with his explanations. He diagnosed the problem, purchased the replacement unit from the local home store for us, and completed the work within 2 hours. Would highly recommend him and call him again for future problems.

Our experience with Valentin was positive for the moment i contacted him. We had been unsuccessful finding a plumber and was pointed to HomeStars by a friend. Valentin's work was fast, reasonable priced, efficient and painless.

Valentin was very prompt and responded quickly to phone and email contact. He took the time to investigate the pipe problem ,but determined that fixing it could be very expensive. Given that we are tenants, he left it with us to clear the costs and repairs with the landlord. There was absolutely no pressure or sales pitch from him, and he very kindly waved the fee for that visit. He seems to be extremely honest and professional.

In our basement, there was a drain that began to smell like sewage a year after we moved into our new house. It turns out that it was due to an Incorrectly installed pipe (with no p-trap) and root growth. Strong Plumbing used router to remove roots and plugged drain. Smell is gone, no problems since.

I decided to replace the lead water pipes in my house with copper, but my plumbing layout was complicated, as my water valve was on my neighbor's sidewalk. I contacted a few contractors, but I wasn't satisfied with their plans. After reading the reviews of Strong Plumbing on Homestars, I contacted Valentin, and he quickly came up with a better plan to minimize damage to my basement and avoid possible problems for my neighbor. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and his crew were very professional. He even helped with a minor bathroom repair for free. We would gladly hire him again in the future.

I called Valantin on Saturday January 5, and here was here on Sunday at 8:30am. He was punctual and honest. He showed me what he was doing and explained it all. I would totally use him again.
