We have been finishing our basement - and trying to juggle a myriad of contractors. Valentin was always happy to work in with our schedule and the other contractors. He is personable and works efficiently. He was also happy to allow my husband to dig trenches himself - saving us a packet. Thank you Strong Plumbing. We have recommended you to our friends.

We had some water damage in a wall in our basement, Valentin came within 1 day of the initial call to evaluate the problem and give an estimate. Within 10 minutes he had a recommendation and a solution, negotiated the price there and then and within an hour he was done. He also looked at a few other minor issues and each time made a simple easy recommendation of how we could easily fix them. Excellent service, prompt, friendly and work comes with 1 year warranty, would certainly call him again and am happy to recommend him.

Used Strong Plumbing twice: Every faucet in my home needed some sort of repair or replacement; and the kitchen drain pipe also needed two different repairs. Valentin was prompt, clean (drop cloths and shoe-covers), and did a beautiful job on everything, with an "Old-World" work ethic and professionalism. (Cost above is for this first batch of jobs.) Updated, June 2011: Called Valentin a second time for yet more plumbing work (basement laundry outlet and drain). Once again, excellent service.

Our contractor uncovered a section of our main stack that was leaking and terribly rusted that continued into the ground and needed to be replaced. I emailed Valentin at midight and he responded the next day and was at our house that afternoon to inspect. He came the following day (Saturday) at 9 am and had the job finished by 2 pm. Beautiful work, reasonable price. The man is awesome!!!!

The toilet in the second bathroom of our new house would periodically get clogged, but would eventually unclog and after a couple of months we decided to call a plumber. I sent messages to 2 top-rated HomeStars plumbers and got an e-mail back from Valentin at Strong Plumbing within 20 minutes of sending the message. He offered to come by today and arrived on time and completed the work within several hours of my initial request! I was really impressed with the service and quality of work - he explained everything he was doing and even offered to only charge for the initial snaking if it was successful. He eventually had to remove the toilet and unclog one of the pipes , replacing the gasket and re-sealing - all the work was done in about an hour and everything was left clean (he also wore shoe covers in the house) and in much better shape than when he arrived. I was very impressed and will definitely use him again.

i contacted Strong Plumbing late one night after finding them on Homestars. the very next morning Valentin returned my email, arranged for a time to come by my house and completed the project all within the same day. Valentin was fantastic and very professional. i would highly recommend.

We used Strong Plumbing to replace the main line into the house, replace and move all our kitchen plumbing, move our upstairs main bathroom, and add a new powder room on our main floor. Valentin was prompt, polite and extremely professional. We are 100% satisfied with everything he's done in our home. He was present for all the inspections and ensured everything went smoothly.

I experienced a sudden clog and backup in my tub, that soon turned into a leak in the kitchen and basement below. Valentin responded to my e-mail within 30 mins and came out a day later. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. He quickly found the source of the leak (the vent pipe) but the area was inaccessible without doing significant damage. He snaked the tub and advised on how to temporarily prevent future leaks until I can get the plumbing fixed. Thanks, Valentin!

Valentin was very quick and did an excellent job. He replaced two sinks and faucets in 2 hours. One of the faucets had some partsmissing and Valentin provided the parts from his stock. He also discussed with me what to buy in advance and gave great advice.

We absolutely love Valentin. We have dealt with a number of unreliable service technicians and Valentin is a breath of fresh air. He return our call immediately, he's always on time (or early) and he's also very thoughtful and informative. His work is professional and well executed. I have and will continue to recommend him to co-workers, friends and family.
