Valentin is very open and honest and really knows his stuff. He listened to the issues we were having, did some investigation for a very tough leak, and gave us some very reasonable options. He executed the work very quickly. He's the consummate professional and I would recommend him for whatever plumbing needs you may have.

I called Valentin to get a quote on new water service installation to replace a lead water pipe going to my home. He came on time and walked me through the process, potential costs, and all the questions i had on potential additional costs, complications, warranty etc. Having obtained some other quotes, Valentin was not the cheapest, but he also gave me the most confidence that he and his team would do the job right. Cost for the service was $1600 for the Water Service replacement, $420 for some inside pipe replacement, and $80 for the installation of a pipe, shut off valve and installation of an under counter water filter. The job took longer than expected, but he did not charge us for that time, and stuck to his promise. All in all, I was very satisfied with the job Valentin and his team did, and will use Strong Plumbing again in the future.

Valentin was able to come out 2 days after we called (it wasn't urgent). He walked us through the solutions with estimates for the various options to address the things we wanted fixed. He was very polite, respectful and cleaned up afterward. We had a kitchen sink that kept backing up and was also leaking from what we suspected could be a complicated fix - it actually ended up being quite a bit of work, but he gave us options to do less or more without pressuring us in any way. This was the bulk of the cost for the job, but we are very happy that we proceeded with it. He also put in a new kitchen faucet, replaced a piece in our bathtub faucet to stop it from dripping, and advised us on a concern we had with the toilet (there was no need for concern after all!). We would definitely bring him in again.

We had some miscellaneous plumbing issues. Valentin was helpful in providing me with options and explaining to me the work that he recommended. He provided a detailed quote on the spot, arrived when he said he would for both the estimate and the day he completed the work. He also was respectful of our home and cleaned up perfectly. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely hire Strong Plumbing again.

I got the name and number for Strong Plumbing from my neighbor who was very happy with the service provided by Valentin. I called and he was very amiable and came out the next day and fixed everything. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up everything spotlessly and provided a wealth of good advice on using the faucet and the toilet flush system. I have already figured out what the next job will be that I hire them for. Highly recommended!

Valentin replaced all the very old fill valves and flap valves inside 3 toilets, and also replaced all 3 shutoff valves behind (which weren't working) with better quality ones. He doubled the usual warranty to 2 yrs. Everything works perfectly now and no longer wasting water. He is very pleasant to deal with, communicates everything clearly, left no mess, showed up when he said he would. I intend to call him back for some larger plumbing projects in future.

I called Valentin this morning and he was at my house by the afternoon. He was very professional and even put covers on his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt. :) He found the source of our leak very quickly. He did have to cut into the wall to get at a really bad soldering job that the previous owners more than likely did, but he told me how to temporarily fix it until we could get it redone. He also showed me how to avoid clogging in the sink drain in the future without necessarily using drain de-clogging stuff. he didn't charge me to unclog it. I also asked him to fix the pressure on the hot water in the kitchen. he also figured out the source very quickly. Valentin showed me what he was doing and kept me informed every step of the way to ensure i understood the problems that we were encountering and made excellent suggestions on how to avoid these issues in the future. He is professional, courteous and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future. :)

I would like to thank Valentin for going above and beyond with work completed today at my residence. I highly suggest anyone whom is looking for any plumbing services to contact Strong plumbing as Valentin was honest and fair in his inital quote to install both a backwater valve and new water service and assured myself that all would be taken care of properly the first time which it was. Even right down to a few additional fixes at no additional charge. It was a pleasure to have had an honest and professional home repair performed as promissed and would highly reccomend them to anyone and will certainly use their services again when any plumbing needs arise. Great job to the whole team involved today, thank you for your honesty and expert workmanship.

Valentin responded immediately to my call and was able to replace parts in the 2 toilet tanks that weren't working properly. He was pleasant, efficient, and I would highly recommend him. He did a great job.

Valentin is a definite 10! He arrived on time, assessed the disasterous plumbing left behind by the previous owner and fix all 4 problems (kitchen sink, 2 bathroom sinks and washing machine shut offs) within 4 hours, all the while keeping everything clean, dry and left all areas immaculate!
