Valentin returned our call within an hour of leaving a message. He was very friendly on the phone and set an appointment with us the very next afternoon. When he arrived, on time, he was just as friendly, very knowledgable, thorough and efficient. Valentin was very mindful of his surroundings and worked in a very cleany fashion. We believe we have found our plumber...finally. We HIGHLY recommend Valentin!!

Valentin and his crew of three excavated and installed main drains for a basement washroom. The job was done very neatly and in one day. There were no problems and the job came in on budget. They were also a very friendly and polite crew.

Had a brand new Moen lavatory faucet that was not properly installed and Valentin quickly responded to my request and professionally assessed the issue. All fixed and some very good advise on how to avoid problems in the future. Highly recommend his services - you will not be disappointed.

I called Val and he returned my call immediately and came to fix my leaking toilet on the same day. Val provided me with an estimate based on his assessment as to the cause of the leakeage on the phone and it turned out he was right and charged me what he said he would. Val took pride in his work and was professional and efficient. Val took the time to explain the problem and the price was very reasonable. I will use him again if I have any problems with plumbing.

I called Strong Plumbing Co. because a tap in our ensuite bathroom was dripping. Valentin showed up exactly when he'd said he would and after examining the sink and taps, he recommended we change the taps for a newer version. I was prepared to do this, since I suspected that the taps were old and indeed it took him some time to get them out. The entire job - start to finish - to less than two hours. The new taps (which he had in his truck) look wonderful! The bathroom was cleaned up, and ready and the taps work beautifully. All in all, it was a success and the price was just under four hundred dollars (labour, materials and tax). I would highly recommend this Plumbing service and in fact, we will be calling Valentin again to replace the taps in our other bathrooms. He is prompt, honest and does a great job.

I called Strong Plumbing to fix a toilet that was not draining properly. Valentin was extremely helpful over the phone and showed up within the hour. He promptly figured out the problem and fixed it. I found him to be extraordinarily kind and willing to explain everything that he was doing to fix the problem. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to friends.

We had a bit of a flood in our basement bathroom. Valentin was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. He was tidy and reasonably priced. I'll use him again!

After we found a small leak in our basement (2 1/2 years old) coming from the water heater. I contacted Strong Plumbing via HomeStars and got a very quick response. Then with the help of a picture and a couple of more e-mails, Val was able to diagnose the problem. He arrived a couple of days later to replace the mixing valve (with a broken gasket), which if left unattended, could have led to bigger problems later. Val was courteous, professional, responsive and very pleasant to deal with and gave me a couple of other hints to watch as a new homeowner. I recommend Val definitely and would call on him again should the need arise.

I purchased an Zucchetti showerhead over two years ago and it started to leak. I called Strong Plumbing and spoke to Valentin who told me to call the retailer whom I purchase the parts from for the necessary part as he would need it to fix the problem. The part was still under warranty, got the part, Valentin came in and the problem is all fixed. He was punctual and explained the problem to me and offered other plumbing advice I would certainly follow in the future. Very polite, nice gentleman, I would definitely recommend him to my friends. Update: The leak came back shortly after and Valentin came back and took a look. His conclusion is that the water in Toronto is too hard and there was nothing he could do. That does not seem like a good explanation as all my neighbours would have the same problem if that was the case. I happen to know my neighbours well and my problem is isolated to my home. To be fair, the gentleman came back to look at the problem but I'm not satisfied as the problem was not fixed and the explanation provided is not plausible. He might be a great plumber, but he didn't fix this problem so I can't recommend him to my friends.

I had a serious leakage problem under my 25 year old kitchen sink. I found Valentin online, called him and he was AT my house within 30 minutes - I was very lucky to catch him between jobs. Valentin explained in advance what the issue was, how to best fix it and gave me a quote. He was clean, polite, efficient AND completed the repair promptly. I am VERY pleased with this service.
