Very pleased with my experience using Strong Plumbing. I have needed many plumbers in the past and this is easily the most satisfied I have been for the lowest cost. Highly recommended

We had a broken pipe in our basement. Mr. Valentin promptly replied to our late afternoon phone call, appointment was set for the next day. That day, he called to let me know he is on his way, fixed the pipe with ease, and left our basement like nothing happened. Very professional and neat. Thank you very much. I found Valentine on HomeStars last year, and emailed him again last week for two separate jobs - our old leaky laundry tub faucet needed replacing, and we wanted shutoff valves installed on our kitchen sink to facilitate replacing the sink during an upcoming renovation. Valentine answered my email the same night I sent it, and came two days later to do the job. As before, his work was excellent, and he uses high quality parts. He also spent some time looking at my kitchen plumbing with me and discussing our renovation plans, which involve some minor relocation of the dishwasher and sink, but probably no additional plumbing work - it was very helpful to get his opinion about what we should watch for when we work on the renovation. I would recommend Valentine to anyone, and I know who we will call the next time we need a plumber.

I now believe all the rave reviews of previous customers of Val, a gifted plumber. It would be hard to find anything to fault him with and it was a total pleasure having him complete his job quickly and considerately.

Valentin was prompt in his response to me, on time for his appointment,professional and very helpful. Very reasonable prices too. I will definitely use Strong Plumbing again - he makes his competitors look weak!

After getting several estimates from HomeStar contractors,I decided to go with Valentin from Strong Plumbing. I had him install # toilets & shut-offs,3 bathroom sinks,faucets & shut-offs,laundry & kitchen faucets with shut-offs,& also a washing-machine hose bib,hoses & shut-offs. Valentin provided me with great sevice at reasonable price.He was very friendly & polite....extemely fast & professional. Clean-up was good with no mess left. It was a pleasure to have Val work in my home & I would definitely have him back for future plumbing work.

Unfortunately for me I've been in need of numerous plumbing services over the last few years from bathroom renos to nasty leaks and Val has been an invaluable resource and reliable plumber for all of these projects. When Val shows up you know he will be honest in his diagnosis of the problem, efficient in resolving it, fair in how he prices it and tidy in cleaning up after his work. In addition to being both great at what he does and honest in what he charges the best thing about Val's services is he is always able to accommodate you in an emergency and is always there when he says he will be. I keep Val on my speed dial and although I hope to not need his services as much in the future he'll likely be my plumber for life!

When an old toilet in the bathroom just above our freshly-renovated kitchen began to leak I called Valentin. He made excellent suggestions about what to keep in mind when choosing a replacement toilet. For example I would never have thought about the fact that the water-supply pipe coming up through the floor instead of from the wall behind means that you have to be careful about the shape and size of the base of the toilet. After installing the new toilet, Valentin also installed a new shut-off valve and explained how three different types of shut-off valves functioned. The old valve had become defective and had caused a loud thumping noise whenever the toilet tank finished filling up. Valentin obviously knows his trade thoroughly since he was able to diagnose this problem immediately. Valentin also kindly answered a few questions I had about other problematic plumbing fixtures in the house, at no extra charge. I have every confidence in his skill and integrity and recommend him highly. In the future we hope to have a complete bathroom renovation done and I would have every confidence in Valentin for that project.

Val will be our go-to plumber from now on. He is reliable, on-time, easy to work with, and prices fairly. There's not much more one can ask for in a plumber.
