I called Valentin and he came to my house a couple days after. He is very professional and the price was very fair. He was very punctual and wore his mask the entire time. He changed the main water valve and made sure there was no leaking after. He did an amazing job and when he left everything was spotless. Thank you so much Valentin!

Valentine was excellent to work with. He showed up exactly when he said he would and went above and beyond to explore the issue and present with with the best options to move forward. We went with the short term for now but I will certainly be using Valentine when we look to do the long term fix. I will 100% use Valentine for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Really appreciated his honesty and guidance during a stressful situation.

Our sink and dishwasher would not drain and Valentin was available in less than 24 hours notice to fix the issue. He has great communication and responds very quickly. Quick diagnosis and extra care taken to ensure the problem was fully resolved. Would use this service again.

Can't recommend strong plumbing more! Arranging the work was very smooth, valentin showed up exactly on time and even changed an additional valve i was worried about and forgot to mention when i first arranged the work. He even found a part for my fridge ice maker line in his truck that i needed. Absolute professional. Patient and answered all my questions. Valentin provided excellent service. He was very fast in responding to our request and we had an appointment within one day. Service was accurate, professional and friendly. This is the second or third time we used his services and we would definitely call him again. Highly recommended.

I've used Valentin for the 3rd time and every time he's been great. He was able to come to our home on short notice and determine the cause of our slow draining kitchen sinks. He wound up clearing up the clog in our pipe underneath the basement floor. Valentin was in and out in about an hour which allowed me to focus on working from home with minimal interruption. Valentin was a pleasure to work with. He promptly responded to my text message, scheduled a timely appointment, and even showed up earlier than expected. He was very professional and explained every step of the process. He was able to get the basement toilet to flush properly again after removing it, scoping the drain with a camera and inserting an auger to detach and wash away years of buildup. He suggested other work that will probably need to be done soon but did not pressure us to commit to any of it at this time. He even suggested trying some DIY solutions in the meantime. I would definitely recommend Stong Plumbing :)

Valentin was a great communicator. Very respectful of my home and Covid rules. Extremely knowledgeable, was able to predict the problem from a photograph I sent. Quoted the job accordingly, was able to come quickly, with all the needed tools and supplies. The job was done very well and fast.
