Our faucet handle had corroded internally and was impossible to remove when the cartridge required replacing. Valentin managed to achieve the impossible and got the cartridge changed without damaging the handle. I’ll certainly be calling Valentin again for my next plumbing job.

Valentin is exceptional. Polite, patient and easy to talk to. He gives you honest and straightforward responses, and you feel that what he tells you is "what he would do himself if in your shoes," not what he wants you to do as a serviceman/business man. I have used Strong Plumbing for 4 jobs now, spanning the past 2-3 years. In the past, I would have researched my problem, evaluated options and gotten multiple quotes. I am now so comfortable with Valentin, that I simply call him when I have an issue - I trust he will give me his best recommendation, at a reasonable price, and the work will be done very professionally and efficient. He is very meticulous about his work, and is very good at keeping his appointments. I generally don't write reviews, but I can confidently say you won't go wrong with Strong Plumbing Inc.

We had a sewer backup in the basement and had to stop using water in the house. I texted Valentin and he responded right away and came to my home in 2 hours. He inspected and fixed the drainage within 1.5 hours. Valentin is very efficient and professional. Our family is very happy to have the sewage system back working and very grateful for valentin’s excellent and professional service. We recommend valentin without any hesitation.

I appreciate the advice you give about maintenance of the toilet and shower to prevent future problems. You also took time to look into the smaller questions and do small fixes on the loose shower head, kitchen sink and my mom's slow constant running fill valve. You also didn't oversell when a small problem did not need a big replacement costly solution.

This is the second time I have used Valentin for plumbing work. He is an absolute gentleman. He was responsive on text messages, his price was fair and he showed up on time and got the job done. With respect to COVID-19, he wore a mask and gloves and was careful with social distancing. I will definitely use Strong Plumbing again and highly recommend Valentin for any plumbing work you require.
