We have a pipe that runs through the garage and despite shutting off the water the pipe continued the break over the winter every so often. Not only did Valentin repair the pipe but he was also the first plumber to properly explain how to shut off the water supply (a second valve to flush the whole system). Other plumbers I had never bothered to mention this. I have used his services in the past and always a great job, courteous, arrives on time and charges fairly for his work. I strongly recommend his services!

We had water damage to the ceiling in our laundry room. Valentin had me send a picture prior to his arrival which was was the next day. Valentin arrived promptly and prepared with gloves and a mask.He diagnosed the problem as a worn gasket on our upstairs toilet. All was finished within an hour! He even cleaned in behind where the toilet was saying this was a good opportunity to do so. I was very pleased with his friendly and professional service. Thanks Valentin!

I was embarrassed over the to do list I had for Plumbing needs in my house. It’s difficult for me to trust people to work on my house repairs after being burned a couple of times with poor work in the past. I am very thankful that I came across Valentin on Homestars. He was very honest about what he could and could not fix. And what he couldn’t fix ( cause he didn’t have the part from a very old faucet) he directed me to where to buy it online. And on top of that, he showed my husband how to install it once we get the part. Valentin is very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix 1. My poorly installed kitchen plumbing from 10 years ago that resulted in a VERY slow drain. 2. Diagnose and fix a LOUD banging noise coming from my pipes 3. Install my new laundry tub which had to adapt To builder plumbing . I would recommend Strong plumbing. I finally have a plumber I can trust and can do the job. Thanks so much Valentin! I have used Valentin’s services multiple times in the past and his service is always exemplary. He was able to diagnose the problem with our kitchen faucet based on photos and text descriptions, saving us an in-person assessment. Ultimately the faucet needed to be replaced and once we were able to obtain the part, he came and installed it for us. As always he was prompt, reliable, and a complete professional. He managed a tricky access and the end result was great.

Valentin was great. He removed the old leaky faucet and installed the new one and cleaned everything up. Also gave me pointers on how to take care of my kitchen piping and was happy to answer any questions I had in detail.

Valentin repaired some exterior pipe that had been damaged during the winter. Val was very helpful and friendly. He did a good job with the fix and gave me guidance to avoid the same problem in the future. He also pointed out some unrelated maintenance of exterior plumbing. I asked him what the cost would be and he advised it would be easy to do on my own. In my opinion he could have easily given me a quote for the work but instead he was honest - not trying to make a quick buck. I will definitely continue to use Strong Pumbling and would highly recommend them.

Valentin arrived on time, checked out both drain problems, explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimated cost for work. We agreed to go ahead and work was completed in less than Two hours. Very professional, cost reasonable and took seriously the coronavirus precautions. Third time we have used Strong Plumbing’s services and we’re very satisfied. Have already passed on their contact information to our neighbour.

Valentin was great! Had a slow drip coming from my drain pipe in my bathroom - a friend recommended Valentin/Strong Plumbing and I couldn't have been happier. Valentin was responsive, very knowledgable and friendly - fixed the leak (mechanical pop up assembly) without problem. Definitely recommend.

Valentin was very professional, came into my home with proper PPE. He was telling me what could go wrong with my shower and explained all the details of how to fix it, where to get the parts, etc. He did a wonderful job, very clean and organized. Thanks Valentin. Alex.
