I've had Strong Plumbing to my house for three separate needs. He and his team did a great job and cleaned up nicely each time. From the first visit and on, everyone wore boot covers and were very respectful of our house. The first two jobs were fairly sizeable and required his team. This last time I contacted Valentin on a Sunday evening for a deep clog and broken kitchen drain and he was there by noon the next day, dealing with everything on the spot. He corrected some previous plumbing issues in the kitchen done by another contractor as well. In each case, the work was always explained ahead of time, done well and cleanly. Valentin honoured his quotes and his work was always done professionally.

I noticed that we our showers suddenly not as hot as usual, contacted Valentin by text on multiple occasions and he patiently answered all my questions and provided detailed advice on what i should be looking for to eliminate other problems. We set up a time to have him come into change to mixing valve and the entire process was super easy and professional. He came in and fixed the issue, left the area clean and even patiently gave me advice and showed me how to clean backwater valve so that i dont have to pay someone to come in and do it. Will definitely have him back if we have any other issues in the future and would highly recommend his services

Valentin and his team installed a new water pipe. THey did a great job and everything was left clean and neat. He also gave me all th einstructions to contact the city to do the lead pipe removal. Highly recommend Strong Plumbing!

Valentin showed up in the early morning, on time, and got right to work. He had removed our old faucet and installed the new one within 40 minutes. After we told him that we hadn't been able to get any cold water out of our faucet for a few years, he got to work finding the cold water shut off valve. We were so appreciative of his dedication to his craft! Valentin charged us the quoted price, which was fair (and was lower than a major plumbing company's quote). We won't hesitate to call Valentin for any future plumbing needs.

I have worked with Valentin on other repairs in my house, and every time I am very happy with his job and have a peace of mind that my house is well maintained.

This is the second time Valentin is helping us. He is very prompt, gives us an ETA and an estimate price before he starts the work. He also takes the time to educate us and tells us if we bought the right product or we can do better next time. Very knowledgeable, good work ethic, great personality and we are recommending him to all our friends that may need a great plumber.

Valentin is a pleasure to work with. The communication was quick, responsive and clear. He and his team showed up when expected, did excellent work, going above and beyond what was promised, and cleaned up beautifully. All at a fair price. Everything you would possibly want. We had a new sump pump and back flow valve put in, and had a laundry sink redone and can wholeheartedly recommend this terrific company.

There was no cold water in the upstairs shower, and Valentin worked through the non obvious solution quickly in a knowledgeable fashion.
