I had a toilet that was leaking from the base. Valentin responded to my text within 1 hour and scheduled an appointment within 2 days. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly, quickly fixing the problem. He also made sure to clean the area once he was done. It was my third time using him, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price. Thanks!

Another great job by Mr Valentin. We had a leaky faucet that was ruining our counter top and, as always, Mr Valentin saved us by installing shutoff valves, support plates and a new faucet. We have used Strong Plumbing (Valentin) several times for various jobs including toilet and faucet installation. Recently our outside tap was dripping and Valentin replaced the tap and also installed a new shut-off tap inside. He is prompt, honest, courteous and does excellent work. He provided an estimated arrival time, which makes things easier for me so I can arrange time off. He is very professional and listens to my questions with patience. He takes time to answer my questions. He explains what he is doing as he is doing it, which I really appreciate. The problem is solved quickly. Thank you very much!

Valentin organized getting the work permits and the required inspections to qualify for a 1250$ rebate from the city. He showed up with his crew at 8:30am as promised. Four hours later, the valve was installed and inspected. They left the work site cleaner than they found it. We couldn't be happier. Once we get the rebate our final cost will be $1350.

Valentin is always a pleasure to work with. He's prompt to return a phone call and responded to an emergency leak within an hour. Couldn't recommend his work more highly. He'll make things right!
