It is our second time calling Valentin and we are so satisfied with his work. He is extremely responsive and his communication is clear. His work is very thorough. Valentin is a kind and honest person who is so pleasant to welcome in your home. It is peace of mind to know we have a dedicated plumber who is willing to come at a moment's notice!

Very pleased with Valentin's work and responsiveness. I had a number of water valves replaced (approx 5) and a new supply line valve put in. He was so fast with the city of toronto guy who came to shut off the water...the city of toronto guy wanted Valentin's info. The city guy waited for only 15 for Valentin to complete his work. He also did a video inspection of my drain out to the city sewer. Will call on you again!! Thanks!

I have had the pleasure of having Valentin fix up problems with my house's plumbing (from previous plumbers) over the past year including a new exterior pipe that was installed where tree roots had caused a sewer back up. Fast forward 8 months and Valentin is back to make sure that everything is all fine before driveway is redone. As expected, all was great. I cannot highly recommend Valentin enough. He is honest, fair, on time and a great plumber.

Valentin of Strong Plumbing has been my preferred plumber for several years and on the strength of his service I always recommend him to my neighbours. On his most recent visit (9 July 2019) I needed an outdoor tap installed in my back yard and a height adjustment made to an existing one in my front garden. Valentin is good at explaining options and making recommendations and provides what usually turns out to be a very accurate estimate before starting work. Apart from being courteous and friendly, Valentin gives one a sense of confidence because he really knows what he's doing. He avoids creating a mess and is good at cleaning up when the work is done. I do not know how quickly Valentin's company can respond to emergency situations but for the kind of jobs I've needed doing I've not had to wait long for an appointment and he always lets you know on the day if he's running a bit behind. Good plumbers never come cheap but with Valentin I always feel I'm getting good value. He's a real pro, through and through.

Val did a great job moving plumbing for a floating vanity, mounting faucet, adding shut off valves for laundry sink and installing a designer toilet. He was punctual and his rates were competitive. Overall outstanding service.

I have a toilet that just wasn't flushing well. My husband tried to fix it a number of times. But, it just didn't work well. It was driving me crazy. I worried about it when we had guest over. Strong Plumbing came and fixed the problem. It was cheap and fast. I was so happy, I sent him to my friend's house who has the same problem. He is going to my dad's house next week.

Valentin did exactly as promised - replaced the leaky pipe and the associated valve. He was prompt and provided great service
