I contacted Valentin and received a quote the same day. Pricing was reasonable and a visit was booked for several days later. Valentin arrived on time and finished the job within the estimated time frame he had provided me with. He is very pleasant and professional and it is very obvious he cares abut the service the he provides. I will definitely be calling him for all my future plumbing needs.

During the month of January 2019, I got some trouble with my sewer pipes. I called the City to check it out. They solved the problem but they mentioned that my pipes are too old and they cannot do too much. The City Workers suggested to change them if I do not want more problems. I took the time to find the right Plumbing Company because I knew I will be OK for a while. So here I am with my problem SOLVED and the work DONE in no time. I found the right, fast, clean and honest company. Mr. Valentin explained the process, step by step and underlined the documents that I need in order to get some money back from the City. I had a leak from the 2nd floor but didn’t know where it was coming from. I’ve got help from Valentin before and called him right away. Valentin came out, assessed the problem, made an educated guess based on his experience that it was from the toilet, he opened it up and confirmed that it 100% was the problem. He repaired the issue right away and also took care of a couple of other things as well. Valentin is great at his work, he has solid experience, and is very honest and trustworthy. I always sincerely appreciate his help and am happy to recommend him to others.

Valentin replaced 2 water valves that feed our washer just 1 day after I emailed requesting his service! Amazing response time! I have used his services before and am always extremely pleased with his top notch work. I recommend him highly!!

Val camp to fix our kitchen sink strainers, one of which had detached from the drain. He was so fast at texting me back and very professional. On the day of the appointment he texted me to let me know his exact timing and was here right on time for the appointment. He had all the supplies he needed with him, explained what he was doing, cleaned up beautifully afterwords and was very respectful of my house. He answered all of my questions and gave me advice. He also walked around the house and answered some additional questions I had and gave me quotes on how much it would cost to fix them. Very professional and friendly.

I had Val do a few repairs including a major job involving my main water valve. From the initial contact to the job completion, Val is a true professional and cares about the service he provides. I’ll have him back in the spring for a couple more repairs. When I say don’t look any further you won’t regret calling Val for any plumbing issue. A shutoff valve was installed upstream from the city shutoff valve. This makes it super easy to shutoff all water for the house when away. Valentin installed it in a spot that is easily accessible. He came when he said he would and did a great job.

We love strong plumbing and have used them before. Easy communication via text, fast service and work is always done as it should. We love the faucet they provided and they hooked up the fridge for free. Highly recommend!
