Problem with the water flow in the shower
I had no water flow in the shower. He came and fixed it within 24 hours and it is as good as new. It took very little time and he kept things tidy and was informative about the job. I will definitely hire them again.

Bathroom service on shower tap leak.
I found Strong Plumbing by reading the wonderful reviews on HomeStars. The first thing that impressed me when I contacted Strong Plumbing, was fact that you could either leave a message, or text, and someone would get back to you. As I'm busy, and on the go, I chose to send a text. I received a text response from Valentin immediately. I explained the issue I was having to him by text, and he asked me to send him a couple of photos of the shower taps that I have. He was able to diagnose the problem, as well as provide me with a quote for the work required within minutes. He was able to come to my home within a couple of hours of diagnosing the issue. Upon arrival, I found Valentin to be very professional, and friendly. I also liked the fact that he came prepared, and removed his shoes, and put on special slippers to protect my carpeting. Valentin completed the work within an hour. After the work was done, my bathroom was left neat and tidy with no mess. After my first positive experience with Valentin, I had him come back to do a second job, and was also very impressed with his work and affordable prices. I definitely recommend that you use Strong Plumbing for your Plumbing needs!!!!!

Plumbing repairs in older home with rickety plumbing
Just wonderful. Sized it up well, understood what we wanted and didn't want, encountered and solved various problems that occur with older systems, explained everything well and kept at it until everything was done - and always with a smile. Skilled, creative, personable, responsible and reasonable in every respect. I ended the day feeling better about the world because of what he did and the way he did it.

Plumbing
Val from Strong Plumbing was kind, courteous, and highly competent. Responded quickly and made an appointment within 48 hrs. Cannot recommend enough! He's a keeper!

shutoff valve replacement
Absolutely professional! Great customer service from the start. Very accommodating to changing circumstances. Very knowledgeable. And could not find a better estimate. Quality of workmanship was outstanding. Really can't say enough.

Master plus indoor/outdoor valves replacement
This is our second experience with Valentin because we were so pleased with the work he did for us in our bathrooms. This time, he replaced our master shut-off with a ball valve (partly because he noticed the old builder's valve was leaking during his first visit). We also had a constantly leaking exterior faucet, which was controlled by a leaky internal shut-off under the sink. The symptom of the old hardware was that we could never purge the pipes for winter. Valentin fixed all of that. While he was here, he also helped us by replacing shut-off for the fridge water/ice supply - at no extra cost! Our original solution was a saddle valve. Valentin welded in a proper ball valve and the result is water running from the fridge a twice the flow-through! Valentin arrived on time for the job and had most of the work done by the time the city came to shut of the water at the street. He finished what he had to do quickly enough that the city stayed to turn the water back on. Thanks once again for your high-quality work and conscientiousness!

Video Inspection, Mixing Valve Installation, Dishwasher Connection Relocation
First class service. Valentin kept me updated about his arrival by text, he provided excellent advice, and he was transparent around pricing. It cost what he said it would. He also recommended that I record some of his video inspection on my smartphone to document it for future use, which I thought was smart. He cleaned everything up when he was done, and he even went above and beyond what I'd ask to help troubleshoot some small plumbing-related issues elsewhere in the house. I highly recommend his services.

Smell of sewage in basement
I called Valentin at Strong Plumbing Inc about a gross smell emanating from my basement and top floor bathroom. Valentin was very patient with me and explained all the options. Over text he thought a video camera in the pipes would be necessary, but after a quick examination, he determined that this was not necessary. I appreciated his honesty here, as he could have easily done this service anyhow, and I would not have been any wiser. Instead, he replaced a drain and pipe on my top floor bathroom (which was all gunked up from years of use), and then resealed my basement toilet, where a gasket was broken and not properly installed. Valentin was kind throughout and I would not hesitate to use his services again the next time I need a plumber.
