Thermostatic valve removal and replacement.
The thermostatic valve and trim for our bathroom were old and worn out. and needed replacement. I contacted Valentin for an estimate and he responded very quickly. After getting the new valve trim, I was able to quickly set a time for Valentin to do the work. He came right on time, was extremely courteous and friendly, and went right to work. He completed the job at the quoted price and importantly cleaned up the work space, leaving no mess behind. Great job and I will definitely use again. Thanks!

Happy customer! - Sump pump + Battery backup installation
This company (of whom we dealt with Valentin) is OUTSTANDING in every single aspect. I was so impressed with the level of service, communication and knowledge. Valentin replied to my messages immediately (texting him is the best way form of communication) He was able to come right away and provide a quote. If he was running a little late, he communicated in advance and gave us a window which he made every time. He was clear and knowledgeable and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. The job was done efficiently and well. He was in and out in no time. It works perfect again. And the icing on the cake --- He is seriously one the the loveliest people I've met. There are some other highly rated companies on homestars that I'm so glad I didn't follow through with. This company is honestly the best!

Replaced the complete drain pipe underneath my home and installed a backwater valve.
These guys are fantastic. On time. Efficient workers. Polite. And clean!!! They used a hydraulic pipe burst technique to replace the clay drain under my home without using a trench. Valentin got the permit from the city. Set the time and bang! It was done. I like the fact that they put plastic over the things I had to leave in the basement. They used drop cloths and cleaned up very well after themselves. They even kept the top soil separate and put my flowers back in the garden!!!! I recommend these guys to everyone!

Water diverter replacement

Toilet repair
I had a leaky toilet that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Within 24 hours Valentin was able to come and repair it with no issues. Pricing was reasonable and I was happy with his customer service; he explained everything he did and also answered some general plumbing questions which was really helpful. Quality of work was great. I will definitely call again for future repair needs!

Toilet drain leaking
Valentin is very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and tackled the job with expertise and precision. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Faucet installation

Very good service. Within couple hours: fixed and done. No hustle. If you need quick fix - this is the solution. Modern parts for old loo. Seems like too early to discard my "reading chair"

Faucet replacement
Valentin came quickly after I inquired and did a great job. He was one of the only contractors that gave me a quote on the phone. Most of the others wanted to do a site visit costing minimum $69 even though I sent them multiple pictures of the work required. Thanks Valentin!

New laundry taps
Strong plumbing was great to work with from the beginning. My message was promptly answered when I first contacted, and the work was set up to be completed next day. Valentin was on time when he came, efficient, and knowledgeable. My taps were seized in the laundry and he replaced them with better taps then my previous ones. Although this was not a big job, I was impressed that we were treated as if we had a big job (we have a small home, and have been told in past that our jobs are "too small so it's not priority for us" or workers have arrived late because "we had a big job before you"). I appreciated the respect we were given and priority even for just my taps (I have kids, so having working laundry is a must!). I would definitely hire strong plumbing again. Lovely fellow to work with. Thank you so much!
