Leaky bathtub faucet
Valentin saved us money. I thought we would have to replace the whole faucet unit and had purchased a new one, but all it required was a cartridge change, which he fixed quickly and efficiently, plus some other work. Extremely nice and friendly plumber. Not the first time he has done work for us, always a great experience. It's wonderful to know there is such a conscientious and honest plumber so close by!

Plumbing, pipe repair
We had been experiencing a blocked drain in the basement and minor flooding. We decided to call on Valentin at Strong Plumbing Co. again. Always professional and always thorough. Valentin is our go to for all our plumbing issues.

Plumbing Repair
Valentin came quickly at the time agreed to, to repair a leaking toilet. He is helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with. He provided advice on a tap replacement as well.

basement waterproofing + sump pump installation
Strong Plumbing has been my "go to" plumbing company for large and small jobs for the past few years. I call them for anything from a leaky faucet to waterproofing my basement and installing a sump pump. They have been helpful and trustworthy and have suggested cost-effective solutions rather than just upselling me more complex ideas, which I particularly appreciate. They provide prompt communication and service and clean up thoroughly after each job. They also give me detailed estimates and billing. I don't hesitate to recommend them here or to friends and family.

Flooding prevention back water valve
This is the second time we've hired Valentin and his team. On both occasions communication was great with Val easily accessible by phone and text. They do fantastic work (first helped us replace a portion of pipe 3 years ago, with no subsequent issues) and leave your home as clean as when they first arrived. Val also has helpful suggestions (like making sure the city replaces their portion of the old waterline) and takes care of coordinating any required city inspections for you. A special thanks to Denys and Igor for being so friendly and professional today. Denys even pointed out a leak in our utility room that could have been much worse had he not spotted it! Highly recommend this team.

Honest, Integrity, Quality...TOP business!!
I used Strong plumbing (Valentin) last year for a mixing valve. I left a 5 star rating back then and one year later I'm leaving another 5 star rating. My issues started on a Saturday night when I smelled a rotten egg odor from a drain in my basement. I texted Valentin Saturday night expecting to hear back on Monday, by Sunday morning I received a text back educating me on what exactly that drain was, and what to do to help the situation. turns out all I had to do was add some bleach and water to the drain. Valentin also suggested that if this didn't work then he would be able to come out and investigate. There was no expectation of payment, just VERY helpful advice (that worked). These days with big business, greed, and up-selling, it is such a relief to find a business and owner that has integrity, is honest, trustworthy and gives exceptional quality workmanship. I have decided that I will no longer have to look anywhere else for a plumbing expert...this is the guy, and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Strong. Robert

Kitchen sink and basement sink
I was on a stay cation. Needed the sink faucet replaced. Called and he was able to respond on the day and do the job within 2 days. Fast, reliable and reasonable price. Great recommendations without pressure. This was the second time I've called for his services and each time I have been impressed.

Bathroom shower fix

Replace leaky water supply valves for laundry machines
Val did an exceptional job at replacing some leaky valves which were giving us trouble in the installation of our laundry machines. He's always very tidy and respectful when he conducts the work and is thoughtful in the way that he executes the placement of the new valves. We are always very satisfied with Val's work and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to have plumbing work done.
