    Awesome service!

    I’ve known Richard for over 20 years and he has always given me not only great service, but great referrals as needed! He answers very quickly and is an overall nice guy! I highly recommend him and his company!

    Tankless Water Heater

    Richard is simply the best - fair prices, excellent work, and prompt service. He has done a number of installations of heating and AC equipment over the years for myself and family and they feel the same as I do.

    Replaced My Rental Furnace/AC with Brand New Lennox

    Richard is a very knowledgeable individual and straight shooter when it comes to his business of furnace/AC installation & maintenance. I was very comfortable speaking to him about my heating situation and had confidence in his team's work ethics. Richard kept me updated before and during the installation day. I trust Richard going forward to provide me with great customer service. The house was left tidy and garbage free. So far, I love my new furnace and look forward to Richard returning in May to complete the AC install. Hi highly recommend Coretemp Heating and Air!

    Installation back then and 11 years of solid service

    In 2011 I found these guys on Homestars and they installed the new furnace and A/C in our first (old) home in Brampton. Every year since they have responded promptly to service requests and performed those on time and at a reasonable cost. This is a professional outfit with a personal touch that knows what this industry is about. Thanks Richard and team

    Could not be happier

    Richard was great. Pricing was great, his knowledge of the unit and different companies was reassuring. He walked me through the whole process and also checked on hot water tank to make sure it was fine. Purchased both furnace and AC from Richard. There is only one think I regret, and that is not knowing about Coretemp sooner.

    Furnace stopped working - Great Service!

    Our furnace stopped working and not only did they do a virtual fix to get it going again but they also ordered a part and had it installed within 48 hours. They provided excellent service and I would definitely recommend this organization for anything you need done on your furnace or air conditioning unit.

    Furnace repair

    My furnace stopped working on the first colder Friday evening of the year. I was desperate to find someone who could help me quickly since I have a small infant at home. Richard saw that I phoned and phoned me back, almost immediately. He talked me through my concern and even though I'm quite far from his regular area, he came over and had my furnace back in working order within hours. I've been able to count on Richard and his associates to be friendly, helpful, dilligent, and trustworthy over the last ten years. Thank you for helping me out, yet again!

    Furnace & AC maintenance & cleaning &filter change

    We can’t say enough good things about this company. They installed our furnace & AC five years ago and we have never had any issues. We notice how much lower our gas and electric bills are and how much quieter the new furnace is. It’s really nice to talk to the owner, Richard directly and to see the same friendly, polite technician every year for cleaning. Also very nice to see that they observe strict covid safety protocols.     Best Customer Service Out There

    I called Core Temp because I was haven't an issue with my Air Conditioning unit. RIchard, the owner of the company answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and instead of him wanting to come over right away to physically look at the issue he attempted to solve the problem over the phone by asking me a few questions. After some trouble shooting he provided some options and gave me all the information I needed in order to make a decision, and even then I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy his products or even use his services. Richard is as honest as it gets. You will understand what I mean when you speak to him over the phone and meet him in person. The communication from start to finish was smooth and I was updated about the project every step of the way. I feel confident that I hired the right person for the job and I know I can rely on Richard if anything should arise in the future. Ricard takes pride in his work and truly does care about his customers. I felt looked after and felt that my best interest was kept in mind. Can't get any better than that. You will notice that Richard takes as much time as needed to answer all the questions you have about his products and the work being done. He has the desire to educate his customers not just install the product and get out. In the end, I decided to replace my furnace as well since it was just as old as my AC. Thank you Richard. It's been a pleasure working with you.
