After the big windstorm in May, I noticed some missing shingles and called Kelly from Roof Pro+. There was a lot of damage throughout the neighborhood so I fully expected to be at the end of a long list and waiting days if not weeks for someone to come and replace the missing shingles. To my surprise (and gratified amazement) Kelly told me that he would be able to come by that very afternoon! I had worked with Kelly in the past to replace some vents and was extremely satisfied with the work then. This previous good experience was only reinforced by the way they stand by and support their existing clients. When my roof needs to be replaced I will definitely give Roof Pro+ the business! Kelly was amazing - super helpful and very informative. Amazing customer service!

Kees Van Den Meide recovered roof with 25 year shingles in 2003. Now it is time to replace. We are semi detaches and both house again wish the replacement, We thank you for an estimate for both properties.

Roof Pro was able to give me a quote over the phone after I had wind damage to a small section of roof. Others had higher quotes, but my main concern was getting the repair done before it rained. Kelly Hill showed up at precisely 930am and did the job at the quoted price. Not only was I happy to have the work done but Kelly was very professional and honest. We are very happy with the service from Roof Pro Newmarket. We lost some shingles in the recent wind storm and they were able to repair them quickly. They arrived on time and didn't leave any mess behind. Great service, very professional. Would highly recommend them.

Jim came over and gave us a very competitive quote. On the agreed upon day, Josh and Cody arrived. They covered the floors and carpets, blew in the insulation and explained what they were doing. They showed us before and after photos. Cleaned up, made sure we were happy. Would recommend them highly.

My hubby and I have been planning on doing our house exterior since we bought our house two years ago. We shopped around and got a few quotes- some seemed astronomical others seemed cheap. We met Brian at a Home show and booked a consult. Unfortunately Mother Nature has been moody this year so we had to reschedule a few times. When Brian sat down with me, we discussed my champagne taste with my beer budget- he gave me an honest quote. I informed him I still has one more estimate coming, and he completely understood and told me to let him know what we decide. Also during our consult I asked him to give me a quote on our siding... he said he’d have to get back to me but that wouldn’t be a problem. He, and Chris came back while my husband and I were at work and measured everything and then he called me later that day to give me the quote. We decided to go with roofpro for the roof and eavestrough etc. I told them that if I was happy with their work then I’d consider them for the siding- well... The day came for the roof and they were on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything. They didn’t know I was home- so i startled a couple of the guys when I had to take our pup for a walk- they moved quickly to make sure there was nothing in our path so she didn’t step on anything that could hurt her. The following day the aluminum went up- the weather wasn’t the best, so they had to finish the job the following day. Needless to say- we’ve hired them back to do our siding and windows. The work was fast and well done. The workers were polite and did their best to not be in the way. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. It's been a year since the new roof was installed and there has not been any problems.

Tim came by and gave us a quote. The next day, the head office called to confirm the order and follow up. Two weeks later the materials and bin showed up. The next day the crew came, did, and finished the job. We had secured a local roofing company the previous fall. Unfortunately when they didn't return calls, we knew we were in real trouble. By a lucky coincidence, our neighbour was getting a quote from Roof Pro Plus. Within less than a month, we had our new roof. I would highly recommend this company.
