    Roof

    We had Roof Pro Plus replace our roof in spring 2017. We had received several quotes and their prices were very competitive. The crew did a great job and ensured the site was totally cleaned up when the job was completed. We are very pleased with the look and performance of the new roof. Would highly recommend Roof Pro Plus.

    New Shingles and Attic Insulation

    I had new shingles and attic insulation within only a few days of calling Roof Pro for some help. Dean was really helpful in explaining exactly what I was getting. They're a great team and I appreciate that they were also one of the approved Green ON contractors. Thanks for helping to get a rebate on the attic insulation, too! Every little bit helps. Very friendly operations.

    Roof repair

    Kelly from roof pro plus, want to thank you for your honesty and professionalism with my roof repair. Explained to me what was going on and how he was going to repair it with pictures. Highly recommend Kelly for any roofing needs at roof pro plus, terrific job! Thanks again for the prompt service!

    Roof reshingled

    RoofProPLUS arrived on time worked like machines to re shingle. The crew very polite did a professional job and a great clean up after. I would recommend Roof Pro Plus to any one that wants abreast job done by experts Wayne Barry Beaverton ontario

    Very Professional

    Too put in laymen’s terms, knowledgeable and professional. I met with their sales representative Dean and I discussed with my situation of ice dams and damaged drywall. He told me what a few of the problems may be and he is going to assess them on the roof. After he came back to my door in about 30 minutes, he asked me if it would be ok if I checked in the attic. He took some photos, then came to my kitchen table to discuss. He showed a video of my roof and low and behold, the roof was in very disrepair. He showed me the breaking down of the shingles especially on the south side. Then he showed me pics in the attic and how my soffits were jammed with insulation and not enough roof venting. He explained in detail everything that would be needed and answered any of my questions. The lady on the phone from the office was corteous and helpful. Roof and insulation was all complete in one day. Would I recommend Roof Pro, that’s a definite yes. My brother and parents roofs are scheduled do be installed in April

    Roof Replacement

    Our home was hit by a tornado in August 2017. Our contractor and insurer were unable to get a local roofer to the job after trying for approximately 5 weeks. I contacted Jan @ Roof Pro, 175 Kms away. She was very helpful and a salesperson was on site within a few days. They rearranged their busy schedule and we had a roof at our home within a week. The crew arrived early and didn't leave until the job was done the same day. All work was completed in a friendly, workman like manner with many favourable comments being received from our neighbours. I've since referred others who are equally as happy. Well done Roof Pro.

    Emergency Soffit Service

    I returned from a business trip to discover that a significant portion of the soffit on the front of my home on the second floor had been pulled down and damaged by critters of some type. I called Roof Pro and a real live person answered the phone. She took my number and promised that Kelly would call. Kelly called me after business hours, listened to the issue and based on limited information, offered me an estimate. He agreed to come by the next day after lunch. He actually arrived well before lunchtime, and despite some concerns that there would be more work than he estimated. got right to work and repaired all the damage in very short order. The service was provided for the original estimate, and Kelly also checked the rest of the soffits to check for other critter damage. I was very pleased by the timeliness, the professionalism and the get it done attitude that I was shown. I recommend this company.

    Roof, eavestroughs and attic insulation

    Kelly and everyone at Roof Pro plus are amazing! I've been a loyal customer for years. They did my roof, eavestroughs and attic insulation. Everyone at the company, from the office to sales to roofers, to repairs are amazing. I will always go to them for any further questions or concerns I have. I've recommended them to everyone I know!

    Roof Repair and Chimney Replacement

    Comment: We originally contacted Roof Pro at the beginning of May because of a leaky roof. Cody arrived within the hour and had the leak fixed prompt;y. We mentioned that this had been a recurring problem. We were advised that the problem was actually due to the improper location of the chimney an to fix it properly it would have to be moved, which was done today. It was so nice to have someone finally do the job properly. The people we have dealt with at roof pro have been absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much for the great service. Garry and Debbie

    Roofing project

    Very disappointed with the overall customer service from the scheduling excuses given , the way that the materials were dumped in the driveway and the time they took to complete the project. Installers destroyed shrubbery and lighting.
