When I called PRO Appliance Tuesday afternoon to ask them come and look at our fridge, the lady on the phone was very helpful. She asked if we had a second fridge we could use until they could repair the broken one. When I said no, she understood the urgency of getting a technician to call us. Within an hour we had a call from Matthew, who asked a few questions and then made an appointment to examine the fridge. Parts had to be order to repair it, and as soon as they arrived Matthew made an appointment with us to make the repair. He just left and the fridge has been repaired. Matthew suggested how we could get the fridge working again while we waited for the parts to fix the defrost cycle, so the impact of the problem was minimized. Matthew explained everything clearly during his two visits, and at no time did I have to question if I was getting good service. I worked in a customer support and service role before retiring, and I was treated by PRO Appliance like I treated my customers. I will use PRO Appliance again.
