This company truly believes in fast and professional service. We had recently had our stove elements burn out on us and at the same time our refrigerator door was having issues. I was referred to Pro Appliance from a friend and one call i had the technician at my place to scope out the problem and repairs what need to be repaired. He also helped educated us on what is causing the elements to burn out which also help us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance repairs, customer service goes a long way. Keep up the good work.

Our refrigerator broke down, and we needed fast service. Pro Appliance responded quickly and their technician was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things in detail. I would have no hesitation in referring their services to anyone.

The ProAppliance team was friendly, professional and honest. From the Call Centre to the repairman, everyone we dealt with was wonderful. We were able to have someone come out quickly and the repairman was honest in letting us know whether it was worth repairing our maching or cheaper to buy a new one. Nowadays politeness and honesty are rare. It's great to work with a company that sill understands and values both.

I called Pro Appliance because I had a pesky leak with my refrigerator which coincidently ran out of its warranty! My wife and I were very pleased with our technician named Matthew! He was on time, courteous, fast, very neat and most importantly extremely honest! My leak was soon repaired with minimal costs to me! We were so pleased with Matthew at Pro Appliance that we called him again to install our new dishwasher when we decided to upgrade the old one! And we are happy to say that he was consistent with the quality of service we received! I have recommended Pro Appliance to many of my friends and family, my parents have used them several times as well and have been more than pleased!

The service technician was very knowlegable, respected my property and more important fixed our problem with the dishwasher that couple of other companies could not. Now I can go back to my remote control instead of washing the dishes at night..........

Extremely satisfied!! This company was quick, reliable and reasonably priced. The technician who serviced our refrigerator was very personable, professional and efficient. We brought this company in to fix a problem another company couldn't solve. I wish I had brought them in from the start! I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks!

As usual, response to our call was fast. This was the fourth time that Matthew has provided superior service to us. He is very capable and professional in his manner, while being very friendly. In addition to the great repairs, he provides advice on how to avoid the problems that led to the need for repairs. We will definately call again when needed.

I called Pro Appliance for a repair on my coin-op washing machine that I have in my rental building and the phone service was handled very professionally with a return call from a repair man giving me a solid estimate of what was going to be needed to make a proper repair. The repairman was dressed very professional and knew his trade as he explained while disassembling the machine what could be malfunctioning . It was "knocking" and then notified me that it was probably a worn out belt . True to his estimate that's exactly what it was and he promptly went to his van to get the part and replace the belt . Not only did he replace the belt, but he also checked to see if I would be having any other issues with the washer or the dryer before closing up the machine. Very personable and enthusiastic and a pleasure to have him come in and repair my machine . Great service at a very fair price !! I WOULD RECOMMEND PRO APPLIANCE TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS THEIR WASHER/DRYER, FRIDGE, STOVE, or DISHWASHER repaired at an affordable price with EXPERT SERVICE & EXPERIENCE !! Chris K

I had a problem with my washing machine overfflowing with water when I set it for a full load. Matthew came over and found that the water pressure hose had becopme disconnected from the water level switch. He reinsta;;ed it and checked to make sure it was working and charged me for a service call only, but he was so honest that I gave him a tip for his honesty.
