My oven went out on a Friday afternoon and I called in a panic. I received a return phone call within the hour and was able to book an appointment for Monday. The technician arrived and he was able to identify the issue and fix the problem, all within 45 minutes. I found him knowledgeable and friendly to work with.

Washing Machine - water would not drain from the machine after washing. I initially called the "Appliance Repair Guys" (416-479-9959); for a service call charge of $80+HST, they advised that they would attend the site and diagnose the problem; I waited for 4 hours, they didn't show up; I agreed to re-schedule for another day, big mistake. Once they showed up, the technician "Sam" asked for $280 to "clean the machine" and no firm diagnosis of the exact problem was offered. I called the company to complain, no cooperation - after further online research I found "Appliance Repair Guys" on the bbb.org website with the same phone # with over 200 consumer complaints logged against them, along with other negative reviews online. I called Pro Appliance instead - within 5 minutes of the Pro Appliance technician looking at the machine, they diagnosed the problem which was a simple defective switch replacement. The technician Matthew was honest and worked efficiently and tested the machine after the repair to ensure that it worked properly - no further problems. Reasonable charges for a service call and repair costs from Pro Appliance and HONEST- I will be using Pro Appliance from now on! Thank you Pro Appliance and keep up the good work!

Both appliances felt like they were about to take off and getting worse. Not an emergency, but not good either. Pro Appliance returned my call within a few hours. They came when they said they would, calling 30 minutes ahead of time. They fixed the problems, explaining both the cause and cure in terms I understood. Went over the bill with me. Pleasant, prompt, tidy, efficient. If anything else goes wrong, I'll use them again.

The push button/level was replaced w/out any issues, even w/ wire reattachment(s). The tech also cleaned out and vacuumed the back of the fridge.

Get work again! I always use Pro Appliance and they always deliver! Very happy with the service help and support.

Fast response (same-day service). Good website for service initiation. Good, honest technician, accompanied by a trainee. Fridge is 12 yrs old but is reasonably energy-efficient. Blocked drain was diagnosed in the fridge section, no parts needed this time. Technician explained how the blockage occurred & what to do if it happens again in the next month or 2: though the fridge is in good mechanical shape, don't spend again on a repair.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and service I have received from Pro Appliance. This is the second time I have used them and they did not disappoint. After my service call, the technician came as scheduled, then diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They always explain the issue, and give advice on how to prevent further problems. I have referred Pro Appliance to my family members and they all have been extremely happy with the service. They are highly recommended.
