    Appliance Repair

    When my Samsung washer gave me an error message that it wasn't draining, I was worried that the pump would need to be replaced. Fortunately, Steve Brennan recommended Matthew at Pro Appliance. Matthew managed to find time for me on his first day back from holidays. He efficiently diagnosed the problem (a loose connection) and repaired it. He quickly resolved the issue and even volunteered to look at my filter duct. Thank you Matthew for a job well done.

    air conditioning

    I was very happy with the price and service. Armando was very polite and efficient. He kept the work area clean. He did a terrific job. They arrived on time and finished with the time frame expected.

    Washing Machine

    Same day service. Technician fixed the machine using the existing old parts and gave option to replace the questionable part at a later date. Not pushy at all and extremely efficient service. Will call Pro Appliance for sure next time.

    Dishwasher repair

    Our technician Matthew was honest, dependable and knew exactly what the issue was. Repair was done neatly and with care. Will definitely be using Pro Appliance for any future repairs.

    Service Kenmore Washing Machine

    The serviceman was very efficient in checking the obvious and easily corrected issues for the error code the machine gave. He then gave us two prices for the replacements t of various electronic components. We chose however to purchase a new washing machine.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Can't say enough about the service provided by Pro Appliance to repair my dishwasher. Matthew is a incredible technician. Could not be happier. I would certainly recommend this company.He was fantastic. I would never go anywhere else!!!!! Thank you Pro Appliance, Thank you Matthew!

    Fridge Repair

    Even though my fridge could not be repaired I appreciate Matthew's honesty. He did not try to sell me repairs that he knew would not work or fix the fridge with a maybe. He was honest and informative. I was happy to pay the cost of the visit and expertise as I won't have anymore doubt about the the fact that I should or not replace my 2001 fridge. I will certainly give Matthew a 10 and would definitively recommend this company to my closest friends and family.

    Stove Repair

    I was fortunate enough to have my daughter recommend Pro Appliance last year when my fridge was giving me problems. I phoned them and got a very pleasant and helpful person on the phone who set up an appt. for me for next day. Matthew came and my fridge was fixed in a short period of time. Matthew is very pleasant, professional and definitely gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. He has also fixed my washer and most recently my stove (certainly missed the oven, thank you Matthew!) I would most definitely recommend Pro Appliance and have already given their phone number to my next door neighbour if she ever needs the services of a good company.
