    Oven Repair

    The technician was courteous and patient. He walked me through everything he was doing, and how to do some easy upkeep of my own. His rates are also incredibly reasonable.

    dryer repair

    Great service. Quick to answer the phone. Quick to book an appointment. The problem was fixed in less than 1 day. Great, reliable, honest service. This same repair man fixed my washer a few months ago, the consistency is helpful.

    fridge

    Our fridge stopped cooling. Mathew came on the same day and called me to let me know he would arrive in 20 minutes, which was helpful because I could stay at work until his phonecall. He was fast, efficient, knowledgable, helpful, friendly. He did good work for a fair price. I was very pleased.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Excellent service, super quick response times. The technician had to come twice and both times came the same day that I was called. I had to source a part that they could not get for me because it was discontinued. The technician (Matthew) was very thorough in explaining to me exactly who to call and what I needed to do (and say) to make sure I got what I needed. It was much appreciated because it was a confusing process to navigate. Thanks Pro Appliance!

    Refrigerator

    Exceptionally pleased with Pro Appliance for repair of our refrigerator. Very professional from pleasant administrative staff Joanne to very knowledgeable and friendly service person Matthew. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

    Dryer Front Door Repair

    I was very pleased with the service I received from Pro Appliance. The technician Matthew was very professional and friendly. He was quick to identify the problem with the Dryer Door and present a quote for the parts and labor to fix it. The follow up was prompt and in no time my dryer was up and running. Thank you for your expertise. I highly recommend this company!

    fridge repair

    We are very happy we found Pro Appliance. We called and a technician was sent out the next day. He showed up on time. He was very professional, and explained things in an easy to understand manner. He clearly laid out our options and did not try to talk us into an expensive repair. We would highly recommend Pro Appliance and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Washing Machine

    This the second time I've used Pro Appliances. I was lucky enough to receive same day service. Technician was there 20 minutes from when he called. Great service and reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

    Dryer

    Pro appliance is very good they come on time do the job and also give you advice on any appliance ! I find the price is a little to high but they get job done!!

    Washing Machine

    They were friendly and professional over the phone. A technician was able to come out the next day, called 20 minutes before he arrived as promised, and was actually here at the start of the service window (versus barely making it within the time) - very much appreciated. He quickly found the problem, had no problems with me watching and explained things clearly. The pump was quickly replaced and things cleaned up. And he even gave me some advice to help extend the life of my washer. Overall, efficient, effective, friendly and reasonable costs. A very pleasant (and efficient) experience!
