    Oven repair

    I'm a retiree, and reducing costs is important to me. Pro Appliance gave me the feeling that they were on MY side. First, they arrived when they said they would. Then we talked over the symptoms of the problem, which was a malfunctioning self-clean mode on the oven. Matthew noticed a falling plate on the top of the oven, and screwed it back into place. He explained that the heat from the self-clean operation might have caused a failure in the board. He could have replaced the board then and there, but I was grateful that he was prepared to come back several times, at no extra service cost to me, in order to test each of the lower cost alternatives. The oven is now working like new again. This was not the first time I've called Pro Appliance. Each time it's been the same: punctual, friendly, always keeping me informed, and always looking to save me money. Highly recommended.

    Dryer

    This is the second time that Matthew has come to repair an appliance.. I have found him to be efficient, honest and amiable. I will definitely recommend Pro Appliance too my friends.

    Kitchenaid Dishwasher

    This is the second time i have used Pro Appliance. I was so impressed with the service and knowledge the technician Mathew provided the first time when he came to fix my dryer. Both times he determined the problem. He is an expert in his field. Everyone involved is professional, punctual and first rate. When they need to come back to install an ordered part they dont charge for another service call. I have already recommended them to some friends.

    dyer

    We were having problems with our dryer and Matthew from Pro Appliance went out of his way to try and resolve the issue. The dryer hasnt been working properly. Matthew and his crew realized that the issue was not the dryer but rather the buildup in the exhaust pipe and although he tried to best to fix it they could not reach far enough without special tools. He was at my house for over an hour and cleaned out what he could but never charged me becauase he felt the work was not 100% completed. The laundry room is located on the upper level and therefore the exhaust pipe is difficult to reach. Wow...i was really impressed. Whatever he did made the dryer work better. The level of customer service i received was fantastic and I would highly recommend Pro Appliance!

    Dryer

    i have used Pro Appliance Repair on several occasions and am very pleased with the quality of service. Matthew, the repair technician, is professional and very knowledgeable. Their service call rate as well as labour charges are very reasonable compared to other repari companies. I would highly recommend them to otheras looking to have appliances repaired.

    Dishwasher repair

    Excellent service and fast response. Matt was extremely professional and polite. He told exactly what our cost would be and there was no hidden fees. This company definitely knows their stuff and I would have no problem recommending them to family or friends!

    Repair to fridge

    Pro Appliance responded very quickly to my service call as I didn't want my food to spoil. They appreciated the urgency and prioritized my call the following day, with other repairs in the area. The individual who came onsite (Matthew) was professional and kept my kitchen very clean. He provided his opinion very quickly after looking at the fridge and gave 2 options that I could pursue (along with estimated costs and timelines). This was very helpful knowing the fridge has just past warranty. He seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We have used Pro Appliance on another occasion for our stove as well. Again, very fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone!!

    Maytag dishwasher

    Called ProApplicance when some of the buttons on the dishwasher failed to work. Prompt, professional service and good advice about what the likely cause was. Parts were ordered right away and installed within days, and the problem was solved. Definitely recommend using this company and will call for any other applicance issues in our house.

    Sub-Zero fridge leaking water

    I've had all my apliances serviced and repaired by Mathew for several years. I keep coming back to him because of quality of the service, politeness, promptness and keeping appointment time very accurately. I also always get advice on how to prevent the need for future costly repairs.

    fridge repair

    Matthew from ProAppliance was great! He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the required parts and repaired our fridge. He went above and beyond when he checked in a few days after the repair was completed to ensure our fridge was working properly.
