    Dryer Noise

    Matthew & Pro Appliance came through once again. Within one week of having Matthew in to repair our fridge (reviewed separately), our dryer started make a loud clunking sound. Matthew came in and resolved the issue within 10 minutes and our dryer was usable again! What I like about Pro Appliance in addition to their technical knowledge is that they are easy to get a hold of (phone calls are answered in a timely manner) and you don't have to wait a long time for a service call (each time we've called, Matthew has been by within a day, if not the same day).

    Fridge/Freezer Repair

    Our "problem" - Our fridge was not keeping things cold, and the freezer would freeze things, then thaw, then refreeze. We heard of Pro Appliance through my mom. When I called Pro Appliance, I wasn't sure if they would be able to help, as our fridge is a very uncommon make. The incredibly friendly receptionist took all my my information, and Matthew called me back within just a few hours to schedule an appointment. When Matthew arrived at our house, he was professional and friendly. Upon looking at our fridge, he was able to determine the problem almost immediately. He told us he would make a phone call to get the necessary part (a new fan), and call for the appointment to install it. The part ended up being difficult to find, but Matthew did not take no for an answer from his suppliers and after a few phone calls he was able to find it for us. When he called to tell us that he had found the part, he was clear with exactly how much the part would cost, as well as the full money back guarantee on the part if it did not solve the problem. He also recommended that we also look to see the price of a new fridge to be sure we wanted to fix the problem rather than replacing the appliance. Matthew was not at all pushy. He did not try to "force" us to repair our appliance, and allowed us ample time to research and make an informed decision. We decided to repair the fridge and Matthew was able to return to our house very quickly. On a total side note, while Matthew was at our house he also answered a random question we had about our new front load washer and dryer. He had no problem spending a little extra time with us to answer our questions, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience with Pro Appliance. We would use them again for sure, and would recommend them to our friends and family.

    servicing a dishwasher

    My dishwasher wouldn't turn on. After 12 years I thought it might be time for a new one. I only trust Matthew to tell me the truth. Buy a new dishwasher or invest money in this one? Thanks Matthew for telling me how I should think this one through.

    4 Appliances assessed

    Our appliances were overdue for some routine maintenance, and when our fridge/freezer went on the fritz, we chose Pro Appliance to come in and have a look. Matthew came promptly, inspected our fridge/freezer, oven, washer and dryer, and let us know what needed to be done for each (in some cases he said don't do anything). In the end, we needed a part for the freezer that he was able to get quickly and installed on a second visit. When problems persisted, Matthew was quick to respond and replaced the part again under warranty. Matthew was professional, on time, and provided practical advice about preventative maintenance. We would recommend Pro Appliance for their professionalism, promptness, expert advice and great overall service.

    Washing Machine rapiar

    Washing machine would not start. Called and request their service and Mathew (The service representative)was there on time the day I requested. He discovered the problem explained to me, he had the parts in his truck, fix it and clean the area and was out in about 1 hour.

    Appliance Repair

    I have been using Pro Appliance ltd for the past 5 years. Throughout this period, Matthew has personally serviced every appliance ans several more than once. From the inital call to the office, you're always greeted with a professional and warm welcome and a prompt appointment. Matthew always calls before he arrives to let you know he's on route. Once he arrives, he quickly diagnoses the problem and offers the best possible solution for the customer even to go as far as saying, do not repair as he did with our dishwasher. He is understanding, answers questions and always explains other things you can do to prolong the life of the machine. I freqeuently praise the comapny to assocaites and friends and i never hesitate to answer who to call if!!! A job always well done!!!

    Amana Bottom Freezer Refrigerato

    Matthew has repaired several of our appliances. He is courtesy, and tells it like it is. Before he orders the parts, he gives a round about figure. I will keep using Pro Appliance and wont go anywhere else. in the past Pro Appliance has fixed my dishwasher, stove and upright freezer. Keep up the good work guys, you were def referred.

    dishwasher repair

    We had a problem with a large puddle of water in our office dishwasher. Pro Appliance called me back immediately and was able to come the next day. They fixed our problem immediately. There was no forced repairs or suggestions of unneccessary parts. They were polite and courteous and very knowlegable.

    automatic washer repair

    -Great service in every way...spoke to the Pro Appliance receptionist at approx. 9:30 am, the service tech. called to verify the appointment at about 10:00 am., arrived at the house by 11 am, and had my clothes washer and dishwasher repaired before noon. He also showed me the worn out parts, described their function, and showed the new ones before they were installed...serviceman was very personable and informative...I am very satisfied with the service that I received...highly recommended!!!

    Kenmore Dryer repair

    Mathew diagnosed and replaced the blown thermal fuse on my dryer quickly and politely. Gave me the opportunity to clean out the lint from the interior of the machine while he was obtaining the replacement part from his truck. Also offered some helpful suggestions re my air conditioning unit while checking out the exterior dryer venting. Will use Pro Appliance next time I need an appliance repair.
