    Dryer Repair

    I was fortunate to connect with the legendary Matthew when my 25 year old dryer stopped heating. Most technicians would just write it off, but he recognized it as a well made appliance and made the effort to fix it. Not only did he track down the necessary part, and install it neatly and carefully, but he went far beyond what anyone could expect and addressed some other issues as well. He even called back to troubleshoot when I had a question. He is polite, professional and a genuinely good person. I trust him and Pro Appliance completely and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

    Gas range repair

    Mathew was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the problem - our 19 year old KitchenAid stove needed an new bake ignitor. He completed the repair as he had the required part with him. I would recommend him for any future service calls.

    Washer and Dryer Repair

    Washing machine needed rubber gasket replaced Dryer needed heater replaced. Both done in a timely manner. I found this company and Matthew (person doing the work) very punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and very reasonable in price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a job done well and great customer service.

    Excellent work always!!

    Matt is always professional, reliable and honest. I have been using pro appliance for over 15 years and have never had a complaint. If the fix is not worth doing they will tell you rather than spending money to fix the appliance and six months later needing to replace it. Excellent job!

    Service and purchase Kitchen Refrigerators

    I have dealt with Pro Appliance for several years and their service has always been excellent'.This included the purchase and installation of a new Whirlpool Refrigerator . I would recommend Pro Appliance to anyone.

    Stove repair

    This is the second time we have used Pro Appliance. Wonderful fast service and very polite. Our stove started giving us a warning code, Matthew came the day after I called, came to have a look. Got back to me about an hour after he left with a cost. And came the day after parts arrived to install. He was amazing, and after he left the place was spotless, and everything worked.

    Kitchen Aid Gas Range Repair

    Matthew arrived and quickly identified the problem. The igniter on my gas stove was replaced quickly and efficiently. Oven once again heating properly. Happy that this 19 year old stove was repairable.

    Service. Replacement of oven element

    dryer repair

    3 year old Samsung dryer was making a terrible noise. I sent a message to Pro Appliance through their website and received a call back within an hour from a very friendly and helpful service coordinator. She promised Matthew would call me within a couple of hours to set up an appointment. Not only did Matthew call me promptly as promised, he was able to schedule my repair same day. He arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly, and was extremely courteous and professional. I'm truly grateful to have found Pro Appliance and will definitely be calling them the next time one of our appliances turns on us.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Dishwasher wasn’t working properly. Wasn’t cleaning dishes properly. Water valve needed to be replaced.
