Reply created 22 Aug 2016Hi, I have no idea why your review here mentioned things which you never mentioned to us after the installation. We always try to fix any issue as much as we can. Control panel some time needs to be closer to the phone line area this is why, we always inform customer for the location of the keypad before we install any thing. MHB Security gives you full warranty, only because of our warranty, ADT was able to fix or put new system for you for no extra charge to you. Electronic items can become bad. If you ever have any issues, Our Warranty always assure you that your system will be fixed for no charge to you. Thank you

Reply created 5 Jun 2012Hi Shelly, Thanks for your recent review on our (MHB Security) sales and installation. As you know, we are a local ADT Authorized Dealer in Canada means once we (MHB) sell and install your system, you become an ADT Corporate Customer. The Customer services call that you mentioned was from ADT's QA Department and not from MHB Security. You were supposed to give them your billing number or Customer number mentioned in your invoice in order for them to locate your account easily. Since it was a new account, this is why ADT needed that billing number or Customer Account number to activate your system. Now you can simply mention your primary home phone number and ADT will locate you easily or you can always call me and I will give you your billing / customer account number so it is easy for you and ADT to find your account information.
